We have an amazing neighbor whose home was about to be demolished by the City because of her inability to make necessary but costly repairs. Some generous individuals got involved and paid for the materials and labor for entire roof reframing and replacement. Bryan the owner of G1:3, without skipping a beat, pulled the permit and oversaw the entire job free of charge. This was no small task. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and on time. Dekoven, one of their employees, spent a ton of his own time on the job ensuring everything went the way it was supposed to. He met with the homeowner multiple times, ensured she knew what was going on, when it was going to happen and that she was pleased with the work. Way to go guys! Thank you!
