Spotlight replaced our aging bitumen roof with asphalt shingles (they are using the Owen Corning brand). Co-owner Raz was consulting us on the scope of the work and later checking project progress on site. I feel we got the fair offer (which also included two gutters installation). Spotlight replaced my residential roof. They were fairly priced compared to other quotes and added two skylights. I love my new midnight asphalt roof. No new vents required and it style look really sharp adds curb appeal. They took care of everything, permits, inspections, started and ended on time and within budget.
