Ty was extra helpful in store and very professional. He got me what I needed for a great price! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Not to mention next day delivery! The delivery drivers were very polite and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with all things Zeps!

I've been getting my furniture and appliances from Zep's for the last 30+ years. They have many nice pieces in the store, but they have access to so much more through catalog orders. They'll do what they can to get you what you want, not to mention help you set up easy payment plans, even if you don't have great credit. It's no wonder this local family business is still there after 60 years - they really care about and appreciate their loyal customers.

This is a great place to rent to own I've done a lot of business with this company never had any issues. Set up automatic payments and never have to worry about calling to make payments. Heading there today to get a stove and maybe a refrigerator.

Worst places in the world to get anything from and not is paid off until or whole bill is paid off and even if you have one all most paid off and you get something else off them that first item ain't paid off until the second item is paid off to and so this place is all screwed up and people die they want all there stuff back and what u to bring it back to them

I've been getting furniture from Zeps for years. Although their prices are great and they have great quality furniture the customer service is horrible. There is a man that answers the phone to take payments that is blatantly and outright rude and it is the same man I believe that is rude in store to customers as well! He even said on the phone that I am not the first person to say he's rude to customers, so CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM! Whoever he is(because I don't know his name) SHOULD NOT be allowed to have contact with customers.

Zeps are absolutely the worst. The elderly woman who works there needs to retire . She messed my order up, her son blamed me. To begin with, she forgot to place my order, then her son lied and said they found it and it will be delivered on Thursday, well Thursday came, the old lady said they don't deliver on Thursday's, it will be delivered Saturday. Saturday came, her son had no idea what I was calling for. The men came to pick up furniture when they were to be delivering my furniture. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be calling the BBB.

The guy who owns this place is the absolute best. He always looks out for your best interest and makes sure he's giving you the best deal. You can tell he really cares about people in a genuine way. The best furniture store around, for sure.
