After several weeks browsing for a Honda Pilot, I landed on Bruce’s Elite in the smaller town of Mayodan. From the first call, Miranda, was helpful and answered all my questions. My experience in person was just as smooth. Miranda, Brandy, and Matt were phenomenal and made what can be a stressful situation, a pleasant one. I am all for smaller business and that true small town feel- not just another sale like your bigger dealerships. My new pilot is JUST what I have been looking for. Our Tahoe broke down less than a month after purchase, Just months later and we are in need of a 3rd transmission in our Tahoe. We did not get the extended warranty because that was an additional thousands of dollars on top of the $2,850 paid down not even a month later we had to drop $2,300 on a new transmission that was warranted for 30 days with “his mechanic” in less than 30 days that transmission went out, it was under warranty with the mechanic (which was thoughtful) so he replaced it at no cost other than the $371 of fluids, fine, we appreciated him doing that… now that transmission has went out… I would say just make sure you are willing to purchase the extended warranty but i have a friend who’s car messed up not even 24 hours after purchase and the warranty does nothing for 15 days so just cross your fingers!! Within a month After the down payment, tow trucks and 2 transmissions we’ve spent $5,795. We could’ve put a hefty down payment on something new but we didn’t, lesson learned.

Real change of tone. we don’t haul a horse trailer, it’s a small trailer, that is small enough for a TAHOE TO PULL. YOU DID NOT give me a check for $500.. LIES!! You’re sickening! We did not take the Tahoe to a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Honestly really isn’t your best policy!!

I worked with Chris a month ago on getting a 2015 Toyota 4Runner and he was fantastic throughout the whole process! He was very patient when I had delays that came up while getting everything in order to purchase the vehicle.
