I'm living in USA and I've just spoke to them on website through What's app to manage buying gift cards to some of my relatives living in Ottawa, and the practitioner and the owner of named Gunay, she responded to my massages so quickly managed everything perfectly, and she was full of courtesy and professionality.
I loved dealing with her so far and can't wait until we try the service so I'll come back and comment on it.

It was my first visit today and I had the best hydro facial (I’ve done many different procedures in different places before). My face looked so clean and fresh. The place is clean and welcoming. Günay is very professional, well educated and kind. I would definitely be visiting regularly and recommend her to others.
