Nothing in particular about this branch. My complaint is about the new ownership. Constant updates locked out my account because they are “updating” they should have never sold the bank to Peake Federal. No real benefit to the customers and still outdated banking!
Very horrible bank I have been calling since 8 o’clock this morning all the way up until 3:06 PM. No one has picked up. No one has responded to my emails. It’s out of control it very ridiculous. I don’t understand this bank. I’ve reached out to Mark the CEO still no response not really sure I went up there to the place. It’s a horrible bank do not bank there.
Never had a negative banking experience; staff is friendly knowledgeable and professional. Always a good experience even when bringing problems to be solved. Issues resolved quickly and competently Love my credit union! Hope it stays as wonderful with the recent change
I came into the bank to make a final payment on our car. I went to the teller, she took the money and that was that. She was very friendly and helpful.
I liked the credit union better when it was BCEFCU. The place has a cold naked feeling now when you walk in. Hardly any place to sit comfortably if having to wait. No literature to browse about the happenings at the credit union. It does not have that welcoming feeling anymore. But as long as my money is safe...what little I have...I guess I will just have to cope. Please keep Michele there forever & Ed. They make it worthwhile.
Best credit union ever! Old time banking with all of the technological advances of today's age. Very warm and friendly staff that treats you like family. Highly recommend!!!
Amy Wills is an amazing loan specialist representing your institution. She is kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to her customer’s needs and financial situation. She also offers sound advice to improve your financial and credit health. We absolutely love her and try to work with her exclusively for our Peake business.
The employer's tell you that late fees aren't a problem but then if you want to refinance with them the loan officer will use it against you. It's like they get the extra money from the late fee then spit on your face. They dont know what there's doing in there, saw 2 loan officers literary walk past me for 20minutes while they just chat about their life before a different one who's actually working does their job. No wonder they changed their name lol.

We have been credit union members for over 40 years and have always had a positive experience there. The credit union has always helped us with our financial needs from cd's to car loans, mortgages, wire transfers, checking and savings accounts, etc. They offer competitive interest rates for borrowing and/or investing. We are grateful to have been members this long and hope to be for years to come! We especially want to acknowledge Michele Peterson, an employee, who has consistently and efficiently taken care of our financial needs in the last 10 years flawlessly! Thank you, Michele!
