Elle Hargis joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2025. As a military spouse, she understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security.
A graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Elle holds Series 6, 63, 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee.
Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Elle serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. Her thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables her to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Elle will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.
Active in her community, Elle is a member of Military Spouse Association Beaufortand actively volunteers in the children ministry at her church.
In her free time, Elle enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
