My wife and I were staying in Terlingua and decided to take a day trip west through the Big Bend Ranch State Park. Lunch at The Bean Cafe was one of the highlights of that trip. We've eaten Mexican and Tex-Mex all over the state, and this was one of the best. In particular, my chiles rellenos were outstanding. A really nice find.
Don’t pass this place by!! Super friendly staff, Delicious breakfast and even better coffee!! I recommend the Mona Lisa Latte, but I’m sure it’s all great!
I visited The Bean today at lunch time. I ordered a veggie pannini sandwich called The Juju. I asked for no mayo, provolone cheese and add spicy brown mustard. Got the sandwich with mayo and no mustard. Took it back to have it remade, which they did and was good. Disappointed that their version of veggie sandwich was only lettuce, greek peppers and tomatoes. Could have had roasted bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and more but nope. Also disappointed that they let folks occupy half the seating to work with their laptops keeping seats unavailable for folks who may want to dine in.
Great little place. Amazing breakfast sandwich and coffee. I went in on a Saturday and some young kids were working (I assume the owners kids) they were super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Fun place for a family lunch. This is family owned and operated, in every sense of that. Super cute and sweet kiddos helping run the family business with good food and reasonable prices! You won't be sorry supporting their small business!
In Bainbridge for work. I've never been to southern GA, and was blown away by this cute quaint town. The Bean was great - friendly service, great coffee, and great breakfast options. It opened at 7 am and was busy by 7:10 am, so allow time if you're in a hurry in the morning! I'll be coming to the area often for work, and will make a point to stop here again.
I had a cold brew Kenya. It is my favorite hot brew so I couldn't pass up the chance to try it cold brew. It did not disappoint. The energy level of the staff was amazing. Though they were young they were extremely friendly and spot on professional and very knowledgeable about their products. It was a joyful experience. Upon seeing the roaster my interest was even more peaked. I search out roasters for fresh roasted coffee. Professional, friendly, prompt service with a smile. Definitely going back .
We are soooooo glad we stopped here passing through from Wakulla Springs, Florida to Cheaha State Park, Alabama! Great coffee, great sandwiches, super cute atmosphere. This family has turned a small space into a big presence - with a view of the beautiful old Southern courthouse across the street out the big window ro boot! What a beautiful town square! Just a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch or hang out awhile! The Christian radio playing in the background was great, too!
Fantastic family owned coffee and lunch place! Super great family, amazing food, phenomenal service! Will stop here every time I am in town! Tiffany and her children make this place feel like home! Thank you for the great times and memories!
The Bean is an awesome place with delicious, reasonably priced food. Everything is fresh and homemade. Service is friendly and prompt. We had a great meal with incredible service.
Very nice! Very clean, and the young person behind the counter was quite professional.
We've had an excellent experience here at "The Bean" . Our servers were young men and women who were very helpful, courteous, well spoken, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the menu items. The breakfast croissant was delicious and served piping hot. We'll be coming back.
A delightful dining experience in downtown Bainbridge, GA.

Good experience. The little kids servicing everything threw me off, but they did a fantastic job, were friendly and are learning at a young age the value of work and responsibility. 10/10 will be back!
We had lunch at the Bean Bar & Restaurant on our trip to Big Bend. We had Mexican food and it was very good with big serving size. The was a good selection of food on the menu. Lots of seating and based on the others in the restaurant it appears the locals like it too.
Service was friendly and good. Looks like they just moved into this space. Parking is a little limited, some on the size of the building and on the street in front..

My husband and I come here every year for our anniversary, we love it! The staff is so friendly and the coffee and sandwiches are so good. We love the Turkey Sandwich and Tomato Basil Soup.
Such a great place to stop in at any point of the day.
Need to start your morning right...go to the Bean.
Had a messy morning...restart with the Bean.
Want to meet a friend out for coffee, tea, or lunch...choose the Bean.
The atmosphere is straight out of your local hometown nostalgia.
The service makes you feel like their favorite customer.
The food is deliciousness with any choice. (Most of the time I ask whomever is at the counter what their favorite is and I haven't been disappointed)
They also have bobba tea, muffins, and ice cream. So stop in for a spontaneous treat and you will leave thinking of the next time you can swing by.

Of course, coffee was tasty! We loved the chili and the potato soup. Sandwiches were delicious. Service was great and the young man behind the counter was so cheerful and helpful!
Very good! The best restaurant we have visited in South Texas!
Variety of Mexican or America cuisine.
They had “rice water” which I have never tasted before and it was so good!

What a cute and quaint coffee shop! Was visiting a friend and we stopped here to grab a drink and enjoy some air conditioning. It had a good little crowd and our drinks came out super fast.I got the Mona Lisa as an iced latte. It was so delicious and creamy. It was also decorated really cute inside. The wooden pew/bench was cute and nostalgic.
Very welcoming staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Caramel macchiato was delicious. Hot chocolate tasted so yummy, almost like a candy bar. Very reasonably priced as well.
I have visited this restaurant while in town about 3 times a year. I love watching the kids take orders and work the front of the store. These children are (in my opinion) extremely bright and learning skills that will enhance them as adults. This restaurant has great croissant breakfast sandwiches, Organic Peruvian coffee, and I've had a few of their lunch sandwiches that were fantastic. You should give this little piece of heaven a chance.
Children are running this place. A little girl amd her brother. These are school aged children and they should be in school. From what I have been told is that the mom keeps them out of school to work. It has nothing to do with Coivd.
The mom is unpleasant and rude. She walks in and doesnt speak. From what my coworkers have told me is the husband is the same way.
I have not seen the children wash their hands. The food is mediocre. Im never going back. Im disappointed😣😳
So people find somewhere else to eat
