We just moved into the neighborhood, and Zach P. from All "U" Need Pest Control couldn’t have knocked on our door at a better time. From the moment I met him, it was clear he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping — not just trying to make a sale.
Zach took the time to walk me through what he was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how their services could help keep my home and family protected.

What really stood out was his approach — not pushy, just helpful and sincere. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it’s easy to see that people like Zach are skilled at leading a team and setting the tone for great service. I’m really glad we connected when we did. Highly recommend All "U" Need Pest Control, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Zach stop by!

John has been inspecting and servicing my home since I moved in May 2025. I haven’t had any trouble with insects until recently. Someone we know has an infestation of German cockroaches and she accidentally brought them into my garage. When I realized this we called and John came out to inspect and treat the problem when the next open appointment time was available. He has always been very professional and friendly. I think he realized how freaked out I am about having these disgusting bugs now in my new home and did his best to reassure me that they will take care of the problem. I know these are extremely difficult to get rid of. He did explain that it will take several appointments (3 every 2 weeks) and maybe a few more for treatment. I am grateful to know I am not having to deal with by myself. Hopefully this nightmare will be ending soon. Like I mentioned before the service has been excellent and I am sure it will continue while we deal with this new issue. Thank you to everyone for understanding and helping me towards a speedy extermination. 🙏🤗

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable and polite and friendly! He even came back to make sure the ants hadn't returned and made sure we confirmed his work was complete! Highly recommend!

Klay did an excellent service at my house. Told him that I was seeing ants in our backyard and he immediately began treatment. He was very professional. He explained to me what he did to take care of pests that usually become a problem this time of the year. Overall I am very happy with the service.

We started with All U Need, switched (manipulated by door-to-door salesmen over the summer) then switched back. They are the best, hands down! Customer service in the office is great and every technician is stellar. Today, Clay did a spot treatment and gave us great preventative maintenance tips to keep bugs at bay. Honestly, he didn’t have to do it, but he did. That’s what makes All U Need better than the rest! Thanks, Clay!

I can't say enough good things about Klay, my technician He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process. He was friendly and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what was happening. Vincent was awesome! He gave us a call letting us know that he would arrive at 7am. As soon as 7am hit our door bell rang and it was him! He arrived very polite and with a big smile very warning. During his time here he educated us on rodents and how to prevent and minimize them. Even gave aid a few tips on things we can fix around the house to prevent them. He was quick and got straight to work. Thank you so much Vincent for taking the time out and helping us today. Highly recommend, I hope to have him again during their 90 day check in.

Jacob showed up on time at 9 AM and was here for 3 hours. He explained everything he was going to do (inside service, install centrolkil pods) and answered all of our questions. He was much more thorough than our prior vendor. Very satisfied!!

Matt came by as expected and completed the work without any issues. They contacted me ahead of time indicating that they were on the way so I could make sure that my dogs were secure and would not wander out the open gate as they applied the solution. No complaints with this service at all. Off to a good start with them.

Tanner came over for inspection for specific rodent issue I was having at my place. He understood the situation, examined all facts and explained a solution which can be done by myself without creating a hole in my pocket. Tanner ensured he answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience with Tanner.

First of all, the initial phone call to this company was surprising. The phone was answered by a LIVE PERSON!! One reason I cancelled Florida Pest Control was its automated phone system which absolutely barred any live contact and severely limited access to special help or requests, at the same time saying, "Your call is important to us." All U Need's phone receptionist was extremely polite, helpful, and set us up for a service schedule with no hassles. We can't say enough good things about Chase, the attending technician. Chase was courteous, professional, and excellently and thoroughly explained the What/When/Where/How of the service.

Had a small issue with tiny black ants in a specific area of the house. All U Need (Jacob Crumb) came out promptly and was at my house precisely at 8:00am. He had called about 7:30 to make sure it was OK for him to come at 8:00. Of course, there were no active ants as you might guess but Jason took great effort and time to treat the area and additionally do some preventive treatment to areas that my potentially be attractive to the ants. Even treated around the perimeter of the house. Well done All U Need. The reason I left my prior big name supposedly reputable company was their lack of response to emails and calls for pest intrusions on multiple occasions.

Klay did a great job and took care of our issues. The company was quick to answer the phone, deal with our questions and even scheduled us (new client) on the same day. I would recommend all u need to people looking for a mew company to service their home.
