Checked into my hotel in Back Bay after traveling for a week. Needed to do laundry desperately, the hotel I was staying at recommended a different laundry service. They had an awful website and no communication. And they wouldn’t be able to get my laundry back to me for 3 days. Luckily I found Wicked Clean! I got an immediate response. And by rela person not automated bot. Amazing customer service and they had a courier picking up my laundry within the hour.
Step by step communication through the whole process and they had everything clean and neat back to me in 24 hours! If you need laundry service look no further then wicked Clean! 10/10 recommend!

I had the best experience w Ben . I was very last minute and was flying out the afternoon I called for service . He was very efficient & extremely helpful . They picked up my laundry & I had it back by 4. Absolutely amazing & will deff be using them again !

Wicked Clean really came through for us. We were on vacation in Boston… they picked up the laundry from Dagny Hotel and returned The next day, even earlier before the promised time. Awesome service!! I am an entertainer coach driver and travel exenstensively back and forth across the country. Spending months on the road. Finding quality services and people like Ben make life on the road so much easier. They are very professional. They also good at solving problems, there was a hiccup with the pick up driver and the staff at Wicked got in touch with me right away and helped navigate and solved the issue. They also tried their best to accommodate my schedule. I really recommend them and I will be using them again.

Finally found a GAME CHANGERS for my laundry game. I’ve used them two weeks in a row and the convienence + quality of laundry has been top knotch. I had an enormous bag of laundry that also included wool and knit sweaters and they all came back washed and dried perfectly (they did not knit up in a tight ball like some dryers do). I had one issue with my delivery being returned in the time window this past week but I had immediate and extremely responsive customer service and they kept me up to date with communication. A little pricey but sooo worth it, 24 turn around time you can’t beat it.

I’ve tried a bunch of places and I’ve never got my clothes back the way I did from this place. They look like they balled up my clothes and left them sit overnight without folding. I’ma Vet that works in security and my employer pays for the professionalism. Every single piece of clothing I got back had to be taken elsewhere to be rewashed, dried, & properly folded. None of the place prior to this on irons the clothing, and yet they always came back practically wrinkle free. So why did place send my clothes back to me in a condition they didn’t receive it in the 1st place. Why did felt the need to fold the clothes looking like they chew let dry and to then be folded? I don’t understand why? I felt like disposing everything. I’ve never been so disappointed, wouldn’t recommend place to anyone.

They did an excellent job on my laundry. It's a little pricey when you factor in pick up and drop-off, but you can't beat the service and convenience. They did an amazing job on my clothes and...the best part is...you can track the progress from pickup to delivery. I highly recommend...especially if you are visiting the area.
