I do not recommend going to this law firm!! All I needed was to change my last name and TWO YEARS later NOTHING. I paid the fee at the very beginning and provided all paperwork and needed steps but still no name change or court date!
When I call for an update, the secretary tells me he's either not in the office or that they'll call me back and every single time they never call back! When I go to the office for an update, they tell me I wasted my time and will call me once there's an update. I wasted my money and wish I would've gone with another lawyer!
They do not communicate, are very slow, do not call back - save your money and go with someone else. They can't even handle a simple name change.

          “On Feb. 6, 2006, Benjamin E.
Mbonu, of Houston, accepted a five-year, partially probated suspension. The 234th District Court of Harris County found that Mbonu engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation.” On top of that, he’s a terrible attorney. Incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional to staff and clients.

This lawyer is hungry for money. He doesn't care about you and I strongly suggest that you look for a lawyer elsewhere... every time I call he's not there, I finally made an appointment to talk to him and when I got there he wasn't there either, I've been wanting to know something about the case for more than 6 months but I can't because he never responds...

He cannot call himself a lawyer if he’s a liar, a con artist. Ben is so unprofessional he would interrupt you when you are talking, he would hang up on you when he think you are “wasting” his time when you literally paid money to hire him. He doesn’t understand how to get things done in a timely manner, he literally lied to my face when he was working on my case, he purposely delayed A WHOLE MONTH to file my case. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.
