I wanted a clean burger and I enjoyed this experience. The cashier was also my server and he was kind. Going into the restaurant gave me the option to take off one of the patties and add lettuce and tomato which made my wagyu burger better and not as heavy. Those options aren’t available if ordering for pick up. Didn’t love the fries and but enjoyed the onion rings as they gave me tempura vibes and were fresh. The bathroom was also clean which can change the atmosphere of any restaurant. Thank you. No time for photos, I was hungry.

We went 8/24 before 5pm. We have eaten there many times before but it had been awhile.
We ordered a kids tender meal, a wagyu burger, and a regular burger combo
The juice option for kids was not available
We ordered at the kiosk and yet it suggests a large tip.
The kids meal chicken tenders were great, white meat juicy and hot.
The burgers were on the dry side like someone had been pressing them while cooking.
At the kiosk, we specified the regular burger combo with mustard and lettuce only. It came with 1 small but nice tomato, lots of onion, 2 pieces of thick, white iceberg lettuce and what looked like a mayo/ketchup sauce
The fries were hot, and not very crisp; maybe cooked in a different fryer than the chicken
There was no ice in the soda machine. Not wanting warm soda we had water. We told the young man who delivered the food. He said he would fix it. He never came back. About 15 minutes later I went in and at the machine was a young man with his cup and 2 folks behind him; I could hear the machine grinding away and dropping a couple of cubes every few seconds. We departed.
For $48-, it was disappointing.

BurgerFi is one of our go-to burger place! Our favorite has always been BurgerFi burgers with jalapeños added to it! We also enjoy the fries with Cajun seasoning. I’m sad they don’t have the coke float on their menu anymore. The servers are friendly and always accommodating. The outdoor seating is great for Spring/Summer times!

Customer service…impeccable! food…delicious, cleanliness…top-tier! Nothing beats a great meal at a perfect price point, in a welcoming setting, along with customer service that makes you feel your hard earned money is appreciated! Thank you Mark and team for a lovely experience and meal 😁

I just had the pleasure of experiencing Burgerfi’s new tender meal and birthday shake. The chicken was cooked perfectly and wonderfully seasoned. The bread was fluffy and had a satisfying crunch. It comes with their house fries which are always amazing. And the birthday shake was sweet and complimented the meal like a match made in heaven. I was promised the chicken was better than canes and I think they succeeded.

The food was delicious, great fries and surprisingly good hot chicken sandwich, make sure to get the custard at the end Delish!!

Friendly crew working the front. They were well mannered and looked like they enjoyed the job. The cooking crew got our food (a large order) out quickly. It was delicious. The restaurant was clean and inviting.

We noticed the paper towels were out in the men’s room but, even though they were busy, they quickly restocked everything. Great job, Crew!! We will be back!!

As a former manager at a different location. I was surprised to see they had a flat top grill. I didn’t know other locations had those. One of the cooks Greeted us from the kitchen which was awesome. I know you’re not supposed to start closing 2 hours before closing. They had the sauces already wrapped up with plastic wrap where guests couldn’t use them. Some of the doors were locked and half the chairs had already been stacked up on the tables. At first glance we thought it was closed. The soda from the machine tasted gross, you really should remove the nozzle and clean it.
Overall a great place.

Great customer service, nice employees. Love the gf option bun, but it was a bit crumbly. Fries fresh, hot and were delish as well

Terrible service. You have to order on a computer. The staff have no ability to help your order. It took us 15 minutes to order 4 burgers. Would never return. Not a good dining experience at all

Decent place with above average food. The onion rings were terrific and the burgers weren't bad. The dining room was clean and inviting with an upbeat atmosphere.

Service was sort of nonexistent as I ordered from a kiosk, got my own ketchup, napkins, and soda, then bussed my own table after. That didn't stop there from being a screen at the kiosk to add a tip to my order though. This isn't any employees fault but honestly, what am I tipping for? I literally did everything but make the food myself; so that part is annoying as hell.

The real downside was the restroom. It wasn't filthy, but it certainly wasn't clean either and smelled like a porta potty on a hot summer day

Overall I'd probably go back to try some of the other burgers, it's above average but not great and a little on the high end in terms of cost, for what it is.

The food looks so sad, burned and lumpy. Taste is kind of okay. This is our first time here and we are really dissapointed, $75 for the food you see im the pics.

Terrible service. Signed up for the reward app. Texted us next week and told us my wife got a free shake for her birthday. We arrived same day to be told "they don't do that any more." Then fix your app! They also didn't have chicken sandwiches (on the menu) which she wanted. All the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Won't be back.

I used to like their burgers - they used to be very good, but like a lot of other restaurants in the age of COVID, the quality has taken a dive. In this case, the service and prep. They still use fresh, high quality ingredients, but the service isn't there. We ordered two burgers and some onion rings, and waited for them - they told us they'd let us know. We waited a while, then went up to the counter and asked about the status. It was sitting on the counter. The burgers and rings were lukewarm. I used to work in a restaurant, and don't like to complain, but I also hate to pay good money for semi-warm food. The person at the counter readily offered to redo the whole order, which we were happy with. The burgers and fries were hot. Apparently, as happy as he was to redo the order, the kitchen staff wasn't happy at all - they put a ridiculous amount of salt on the onion rings. This was well beyond a mistake or poor training - it was their payback for us asking for the order to be remade.
I don't need this juvenile garbage - we're done.

We had the CEO burger and the bread was one of the best I have tried, a bit gimmicky with the brand on the bread but it works. The tomato bacon jam was a first and good. Not cheap and the place felt quite upscale like I should have dressed better not stepping out of the car after driving 5 hours.
