went on friday around 5:30 pm to get some paint to cover up some small patches on our wall before a move. The man working in the paint section was incredibly helpful and kind and matched our paint chip we brought in perfectly! 10/10 customer experience! The cashier was also very nice!

The little store on Barton is a busy place, but they remember you and your name. Today I went to return something, but they solved the problem on the spot! Great store.

Becarefull when you gen in here, there is a one way lane to get out and you must wait for all Trucks to get loaded! Lol

We've been coming to this store for painting supplies over the past two years. Kevin at the paint desk is a gem. He's helped us select the right materials for indoor and outdoor jobs, and even saved us from having to do a full repaint.

The rest of the staff quickly help you zero in on the bits and pieces you're looking for. A great place to go to in order to save yourself a long drive to a bigger box store. Thanks everyone!

Tried to return a can of paint that they told me would be returnable, but of course it wasn’t. Sales person who sold it to me was making racist statements as he was helping me out and customer service and manager were all rude when I went to purchase and return it. Won’t be returning, unless it’s to steal something to make up for what I lost.

Had a lot of selection of items.... The service from the in-store employees was pretty trash to be honest, I felt bossed around and was misdirected a few times.

The employees I dealt with in the outdoor yard were pretty helpful and definitely didn't come off as bossy or rude and were quite helpful. Even loaded the concrete on my truck for me!

Conveniently located but the customer service here really leaves something to be desired. I'm not sure if it's because we're new, or perhaps an unusual demographic, however we were met with stares and one word responses. I was eager to visit as the reputation of the place was quite good. My wife first told me she went to pick up something trivial, received no help at all, and felt a silent awkwardness as if she wasn't welcome there. I didn't believe her at first, and visited myself. They seemed fine, a bunch of people huddle behind a counter mostly seemingly distracted in conversation amongst themselves. I think when they heard my jovial approach, they warmed up a little but I can't say it was a great experience, or that they were particularly useful. The final straw was my parents running over to pick something up for - they reported it as being extremely weird, staff were unhelpful and only provided one word answers. I leave this review in hopes that the business reflect on providing warm customer service for all who patronize them.

Very good staff. The people there have good energy, seems like they are happy to be working there & on good terms with each other & friendly. Makes a huge difference !

Great store with massive selection of lumber & other home products. The wood cutting service members are very kind & helpful as well. Fantastic team. Thank you !
