It was my first time visiting Shelby, and it was really great experience as the food was absolutely fantastic along with the staff behaviour. Also guys working over there bar Nik, he is really good person and has great customer service along with some great suggestions for making your experience rememberable. I order traditional falafel shawarma and fries, and it was really a perfect shawarma. But don’t forget to try there abbas legendary smoothies, it really delicious. Overall this place is really great to visit again.

Been a regular to Shelby's for a while! And I recently ordered on UberEats, saw a buy 1 get 1 promotion. I received a box thats not even half way full. I understand adjustments, but come on. It clearly mentions and mentions full size. Anyway, do not order on UberEats, just grossly disappointed.

I ordered a wrap from this location and was honestly shocked at how burnt it was. The entire top part was over-grilled to the point where it tasted bitter and unpleasant. For something this simple, you expect at least proper cooking, but the burnt crust completely ruined the flavour. If this is the level of quality control they have, it really needs improvement. Definitely not worth the money in this condition

Apart from the shawarma being Fresh Flavorful and Delicious. In comparison to the Guelph location, the Bread Presser, Torch and Hot Dome are at the front near Cash.

I was able to see them Make Za Bread Fresh, Pop ZA Bubbles and Torch the Shawarma. Just like the YouTube reels. The visuals just add to the experience!

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate on Uber Eats with onions, pickles, turnips, hummus, spicy garlic sauce, and garlic potatoes — and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on — juicy, well-seasoned chicken and perfectly balanced sauces that tied everything together. The garlic potatoes were a standout, crispy on the outside and packed with flavor.

They had a BOGO offer, which made it an even better deal, but honestly, I’d happily pay full price. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely became a fan after this meal — I’ll be coming back for sure!

1st and foremost this has got to be the cleanest and best furnished shawarma joint I've been to in Mississauga. And I've been to a few. I also like how they have kiosk for putting in your order cause it can take some time pondering if I want that hot sauce or that pickle in my shawarma. Sure, selection of ingredients might not be as good as some other places and extra sauce means extra cost, but taste wise it's still good. The wrap seems to be freshly made and it's wrapped tight. No leaky sauce with every bite .. not even till the end. The packaging also helps to keep your hands clean. I'll return here for my shawarma cravings.

Their bread is fresh and prepared in house. Overall it was good. Meat quality can be improved. Chicken for meat is mostly thighs and fat not breast which makes it juicy. Their packaging, ordering system and marketing on social media is unique.

I usually love going there. The shawarma is very flavorful compared to other chains. However, I ordered for the whole family, and for most, it was their first time. Unfortunately, we found huge chunks of fat all over. I know it's for the flavor, but it was a little bit too much. Overall, it was good, but it was also very disappointing as I have set high expectations for everyone in the room.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE TOWN! I am an all time shawarma lover and have tried almost every shawarma shop in Mississauga. They are by far, the worst. I bought their legendary chicken bowl and shawarma for 30 CAD. The bowl was full of rice and some soggy fries with very little meat. The wrap was very small compared to other shawarmas in the town. They pack their wrap in a large cardboard box to make it look big. The girl preparing my order gave reasonable amount of sauces in the small sauce bowls. However, the manager told her to open and empty each of these by half which she did. All photos attached. No napkins, no cutlery was given. The taste was not even near to an authentic shawarma but merely some flavored chicken. Also, they are using low quality chicken thigh meat to make more money. Please don't go to this shop. Mississauga is full of other amazing shawarma shops where you get respect, taste and value for money.

They messed up our order but they made it up to us which was courteous of them!
The Sharwrma is a little too heavy or greasy I can say from all the oil. Even though I eat shawarma regularly. But this one was alright, the best part was the bread.

Second Shelby’s location I’ve tried, they do not disappoint! Not thrilled about the somewhat cramped conditions but other than that everything is fantastic.. you know what they say, if they’re busy the food’s good. 😆
Clean, bright and well maintained environment, hard working, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the quality of the food, the portions, all lend to the name. Decidedly the best shawarma chain in town. Definitely worth a little extra.

Went to check out the hype and was sorely disappointed.
The falafel was burnt.. When I pointed it out the lady said I can make it again but it will be the same. The manager then told us he would get me another order and it turned out the same. I have eaten a lot of falafel in my life but these were by far the worst.
The stuffed grape leaves were close to frozen, and didn't taste good.
The onion ring poutine was terrible. Very sweet and nothing like what a poutine should be.
The beef shawarma and the beef and lamb bowl were good.
