Crazy pricing . They charged me 2 dollars just to sub mushrooms for bell peppers. The food here is already expensive.

Wonderful service and food. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free options. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable too.

We got takeaway, and pretty much everything was flavourless, marketed and priced as gourmet but tasted and looked more like cafeteria food. We ordered the spicy garlic eggplant which was very slimed and not spicy, the Mongolian beef which was fairly flavorless, and the General Tos chicken, which was okay. Really confused as to why trip advisor has this as one of the top Chinese restaurants.
The people who run the place are very nice, but was very disappointed by the food and how it was priced (like more than 20 bucks per entre).

What an amazing spot this was. Food was delicious. I had the general tso and it was out of this world good. All dishes were completely eaten with no leftovers. Service was perfect. Owners are amazing people. Made us feel like family as soon as we walked in..one of the top spots in VA. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I ordered take out - chicken with broccoli, Kung Pao chicken, fried rice, and drunken noodles. Everything tasted the same. Kung Pao chicken was drenched in sauces. The spicy version of the fried rice tasted bland. Dine in experience in 2019 was much better, not sure what changed.

Unto I found Cafe Opera I had lost all faith in Chinese restaurants in The Leesburg/Ashburn area. Cafe Opera is a great family owned restaurant and they care about their food. I have not had a bad dish yet and their lunch deals are fantastic. They are friendly and the restaurant is great for dine in or takeout.

We have often gotten takeout from here and loved it. This was my first time eating there.

The sesame chicken and pepper steak were excellent...Very tender beef as well as chicken. We ordered fried brown rice but received white. They eventually brought out the brown, but it was horrible...pasty!!! No one ate it. Service was pleasant.

Highly recommend the entrees.

We have been enjoying this restaurant for many years - for takeout and eat-in. Most recently, we ordered takeout on New Years Day. As always, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. We've never taken advantage of it, but I learned at this visit that they also do delivery.

Very friendly family run place. Good seafood dishes and traditional Asian food. Our go-to for takeout.

Cafe Opera is the best Chinese restaurant in Ashburn. My family and I live in Delaware & come to Ashburn a few times a year just to go to this fine restaurant. The service is always amazing & the food even better.
