Alvaro and team do a superior job at very reasonable prices. They can do a shoe shine as well as perform other repairs. I really cannot say enough good things about how attentive, helpful, and willing they are to take on challenging repair projects. Kiko was great! I heard about the repair shop online and it was very highly recommended. Very fast turn around, affordable, professional, and knowledgeable on recommendations for your repair needs (from bags, shoes, to belts!). He saved my Ferragamos! And gave me a great deal on the repair.

I traveled all the way from DC by transit and I can honestly say it is well worth the commute!

I had my birkenstock Arizona sandals re-soled here. I can say the quality of work is superb. I recommend.
They also cleaned the footbed as I requested. Turnaround time was about a week.

I had a zipper that stayed on the track of one of my boots, but the handle had broken off. The zipper was still functional, but made for an uncomfortable experience for my hand, zipping and unzipping my boot. I went to another location in Arlington that flat said they couldn’t help me, but I’m not sure if that was for other reasons….. but was extremely affordable, pleasant and quick and turn around time. Your items will be in good hands.

Blown away by the kindness of the gentlemen that work here. They were both beyond amazing and helped me with a stuck zipper that was driving me crazy, then said it was on the house. These guys have good hearts and the repair skills to match. I hope to go back soon to support their business and encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

Had a small issue with the first repair which they quickly fixed. Great for hard to repair items like bags/backpacks which most shoe repair won’t do anymore.

My first experience last week was amazing. I could not believe how fast they completed two jobs OVER CHRISTMAS. They call with price and to alert that job is done. They were so nice!

So first time getting a shoe repaired. I was at work and my heel popped and was wobbly. Googled places near me and Kiko’s popped up. I came in maybe 20 min before close just wanting to make sure they could fix it before I drop them off probably the next day. Otto at the desk brings it over to an older gentleman (I assume owner based off the other reviews). They ask what I did, since apparently the entire staple holding the heel together somehow came out. I have no idea, literally just rolling back and forth in my chair lol. He shows me what I’m missing goes to the back for like 5 min and comes back all fixed and sturdy! Great guys! I ask what I owe and they tell me just come back with more shoes and it’s all good. Needless to say any other shoes I need fixing I will definitely be back!

These guys are , honest and quick. They are the best shoe repair in this area hands down!! You can't find this kind of excellent service these days anywhere else!! The window is a bit confusing at first.., it shares space with a skateboard shop. Don't let it deter you!! Don't walk.., run to this shoe repair shop. You will wonder where they have been all your life! Enjoy 😉
