Shop around!! Much to my surprise I returned back to this clinic expecting to be booked in as a returning patient at the subsequent rate 1 hour for $85, instead I was in for a 30 min initial consult and charged $90!! Usually an initial consult rate is higher too off set the admin costs of setting up a patient file and entering it into the system but I was in the system with a file already.. With an untreated aching shoulder I was told by staff that I had not been to the clinic in a few years which is why I was charged for an initial visit.. So I was being penalized for not needing physio!! I was also promised a call from management, a week later and no call! This place is not in business for "People Help" its just out for $$.
Shop around there are much better places starting at only $60 for an initial and subsequent visits ie. Watermania Sports Therapy Clinic in Richmond. I gave them a chance to resolve my concern before resorting to this review.
