I cannot attest to their quality as I did not even have a chance to see their work due to them suddenly cancelling on me the day they were meant to start the project.

I was running on a tight deadline and they assured me they could finish everything within three days. Not only did they ask to change the start date of the project three times, but they called me the morning of to tell they had a more prominent project and that my house would have to wait until the following week. Having put me one week behind our already tight schedule, we had to scramble on our end after being assured that they had time to do our project.

I would not at all recommend this company if you have a timeline or if you only have a small project, as they will most likely drop you for a more prominent one at a moments notice.

It is truly disappointing how your company is choosing to deal with this feedback by trying to make it seem that it was somehow my mistake instead of entirely yours. I was hoping your company would take this opportunity to reflect on your business practices. But to be clear:

I told you upon consultation that we needed to complete this job ASAP as we had to put our house on the market. I am a very lenient person and tried to be understanding the first two times. However, the third time, being called the morning of to tell me that you "could not say no to this apartment complex from a long standing client" is absolutely unacceptable for a company. I may have been told over the phone that I would receive a "huge" discount but, as your company had already proven not to be trustworthy, there was never any follow up or proof to corroborate this.

As you so readily pointed out in your response to my Google review that I "oddly waited an entire month to post this review", it was because we were left scrambling ourselves to paint the rest of the house and put it on the market before moving to our new place. This put us an entire two weeks behind schedule, making us fall out of peak summer house market, thus greatly hindering our selling chances.

I hope moving forward your company will be more mindful about transparency and fulfilling your commitment to clients.
