Super clean toilet that some eatery owner missed about how important to keep washroom at the best condition all operating time .Kudos to the team.

100% worth the hype. You must try the boutine! And of course don’t put ketchup on anything.

Can get a little hot sometimes in the summer so might suggest turning the AC down a bit in the summer. Food is great!

I visit this shawarma place almost every week—the food is always amazing and the service is usually great. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience. When I placed my order, Rahul assisted me. After I noticed something was wrong with the order, I politely asked about it, but instead of helping, he confronted me and insisted it was my mistake.

Thankfully, a staff member named Jaspreet stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, making sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately, after I left the counter, I noticed Rahul taking his frustration out on her, which was very disappointing to see.

I’m leaving this review so management can address Rahul’s behavior and provide the right guidance, as I’d love to keep enjoying this place without such experiences in the future.

The food was delicious! The best I’ve ever been to here in Niagara. The portion size was bigger than expected and the staff were so kind. I had a chicken Boutine which was so gooddddd!

The shawarma bowl is very good, the food is actually very delicious and the place is really clean. We love the dessert too. We stopped by for a quick lunch and we chose this place because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint us! The only issue was that the door proved difficult to open, leading us to initially believe it was closed, but the crew consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness, even going so far as to come out and call us to let us in. This establishment is also located beside Burger King and the door can be confusing 😂😅

We ordered a Shawarma wrap and a Shawarma bowl as well as the Kunafa. The wrap and bowl were both on point. The bread is fresh and not the usual pita they use in typical Shawarma joints. The meat and rice were full of flavor and very fresh. The Kunafa, however, was very soggy and inedible. It was clearly reheated. During the meal, an employee asked us to write a review in exchange for a free churro. When we told him we would write honestly, he urged us to give them high ratings. I think this is why this place has 5k+ reviews with a 4.8 rating.

The restaurant doesn't have enough seating space. The kitchen takes up most of the space which speaks to their focus on quality and the food does reflect this; other than the poorly made Kunafa. The Churros they gave us turned out to be subpar as well.

I came in late tonight and waited patiently in line. When it was finally my turn, the staff member walked away without acknowledging me. I stood at the counter for quite a while with no recognition. I had some questions I wanted to ask, but out of frustration, I ended up placing my order on the iPad. Moments later, a new customer walked in and was acknowledged right away. The experience felt rude and disrespectful.

I ordered bites box and my usual the traditional beef and lamb but sadly, the quality has really gone downhill. The wrap was overly chewy, almost like gum, and the meat was so tough and rubbery it actually hurt my jaw. It was disappointing overall. I really wish the one staff member (possibly a supervisor or manager) who’s always accommodating and welcoming had been there tonight.

BEWARE! I have been stuck on the toilet all morning while writing this review. I am extremely sick. I came here when I saw the high reviews thinking it was going to be good but left extremely disappointed and now ill. The place is extremely hot with little to no ventilation and had only 2 employees working on a busy Saturday afternoon. I didn’t see a single glove change once and everything was covered in grease. Please think twice before coming here and please think of your health so you don’t get sick like me.

I was hoping to enjoy this experience, but it turned out to be very disappointing.
I ordered chicken and meat, but they only sent me meat, as shown in the picture.
The fries were soaked in oil and tasted stale, as if they had been fried two days ago.
The entire order was cold as well.
The pickleshad a strange smell—I honestly don’t know what it was, but it seemed like they had been left out in the open for a while.
I absolutely do not recommend trying this place or visiting it.

Legendary they are that! My son lives in Scotland and even he heard about Shelby's! The food is exemplary up to and including desserts! They have made a brand of their own, with a great sense of humour and appreciation for their business. You will not be disappointed! Everything is prepared fresh, no heat lamps or hot fridges that could make your food soggy or dried out. They are very popular around dinnertime, so consider potentially a longer wait time to get your order, but you won't regret it!

Very friendly workers, great food and good service in general. I loved the food it tasted good and it actually good portion for the price.

Looks very nice and clean inside!! I got the shawarma burrito! The guys who took my order was very nice I just felt slightly rushed because another customer interrupted while I was ordering…the wrap is very yummy I got extra garlic since most places go light but I def wouldn’t get extra garlic next time as there was a bit much for my liking but the chicken reminds me of osmows and the chicken is soft not rubbery so good in my books! I liked the fresh wrap was my favourite part!!
Edit:came back to try it again and unfortunately the tasted that turned my tummy is a seasoning they use not the garlic sauce…not to mention there was no sause on my wrap when there was supposed to be tzatziki sauce on it and it was dryyyy!!! I almost choked I couldn’t swallow without a drink…and my bf gave me a dip and upon opening it there was a small hair in it so instantly everything when in the garage $50 wasted very upset! Also was told they are no longer selling there pita chips so I don’t think we will be returning!

We traveled from New York just to try the shawarma and tikka masala because we saw it on Instagram. We were not disappointed! The food was great and the staff was very welcoming. My Tikka Masala had a nice spicy kick and the crunch texture was my favorite. We will definitely be back before heading back to NY.

The halloumi sticks were okay lacked some flavour. The shawarma bowls were also okay, the bowls lacked meat only had a few pieces which was disappointing.

Delicious food, warm ambiance, and excellent service! The flavors were well-balanced, and the staff made us feel right at home. A must-visit if you're in the area, offering a delightful dining experience that's perfect for family outings or casual dinners.

I live in NY and I eat a lot of similar foods. Not sure if that’s why, but this wasn’t good to me. I thought it lacked flavor. However, their service was excellent.
They’re super nice and the presentation was nice. The restaurant is clean too. For that alone, I would recommend.
