From the moment we moved into our townhouse, Shelley the Property Manager, if you can even call her that, became the ultimate nightmare. We moved into “new” townhouses to attend CGSC and they were built so sloppy and thrown together. We had so many bug issues and just build issues in general. The doors didn’t line up with the frames so there were holes that the bugs from the outside were getting through. The gate latch was hanging off. The water spicket to the house wasn’t attached. The baseboards ran higher than the floor itself so there were openings all along the bottom of it. We couldn’t get our mail for forever because the owner/Shelley/the builder never applied for new construction with the City Hall. When we called Shelley about it she said everything was done then we talked to USPS who informed us that nothing had been done and that Shelley was aware of that. So no mail for a long time and that was the worst. The grass wasn’t cut when we moved in so every bug you can think of was attacking the house in anyway they could crawl in. It didn’t end up getting cut until two weeks AFTER we moved in when we didn’t even move in until a week or so after signing the lease due to lease obligations elsewhere. We had a pipe leak on the 4th day of living here that made the ceiling bubble and had to be cut out and replaced with an access panel. The maintenance guy said the plumbers never put a gasket on the pipe, therefore causing it to swell and I’m just happy we caught it in time. Talking to Shelley about any problem that I just mentioned came with a rude attitude, a condescending tone and irritation in her voice. If you don’t like your job, quit, but as a Property Manager, I expect professionalism at all times! My husband is the only thing that kept me from addressing her in the way she addressed me. Then a couple of months later we realized our thermostat was broken and they sent someone to fix it, but it was still broken afterwards. When my husband called about it he literally heard the guy on the phone say to someone else in the background “this guy can’t even figure out his own”. If you can do business elsewhere, please do. I promise you’ll regret it doing it with SwiftRPM.

In 2017 I interviewed 8 Property Managers for my lovely rental property. Living out of state I needed a trustworthy mgr. Swift impressed me & I hired them. One of my best business decisions! The Swift staff is resourceful, courteous, stayed on top of repairs, followed City policies and, most important to me, communicated; keeping me in the loop. They vetted my tenants & never made a bad judgment. I hated to lose their expertise when I recently sold the home. BTW they hooked me up with a relator who sold the property a day after it went on the market!!

My honest review... it was rocky in the beginning because of some misunderstanding but Ms Shelly and her team were very helpful with my concerns. They listen and did take action on my concerns about privacy and boundaries. Anytime there was a maintenance issue, it was attended to in a timely manner. Although myself and Ms Shelly did not see eye to eye about some things, she did listen and understood my frustration as a women, She don't sugar code on any information that is needed she gets to the point. Maintenance department is AWESOME! Swift RPM handles business with respect of you as a tenant. Thankyou from my heart to yours.. I've been here 3 years

Swift RPM has been fantastic. They’ve managed a duplex of mine for several years and I can’t say enough good things about how efficient they have been. When tenants end up leaving they act quick on getting our home ready for new tenants and always have a slew of qualified tenants ready to choose from quickly after the previous tenant vacated. They document everything with pictures; etc. very happy with their service!

I honestly quite like the experience with this Property management company. I put in a repair order for. New toilet and I kid you not, I had a new toilet in 30 minutes. Plus the maintenance man was really cool, he has a very positive spirit. The property manager Shelly responds super fast to emails and I have no complaints since living here in August.
