My family and I have worked with Rent the District to rent out two apartments in the city. They managed one of our apartments for 5+ years and did everything. After the front end onboarding stuff, we basically never had to think about the properties again because Rent the District took care of everything. Never had to deal with tenants and never had any issues. Raymond and his staff are incredibly patient and helpful and SUPER responsive. I'm disorganized and ask a lot of questions and I never waited longer than like 12 hours to hear back from them. highly, highly recommend!
