I BOUGHT INSTRUMENTS FROM THESE PEOPLE AND EVENTHOUGH I HAD THEM FOR NINE MONTHS, I ONLY USED/STERILIZED THEM A FEW TIMES. I RETURNED THE INSTRUMENTS TO THEM BY HAND AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND CHECK.....SEE RESPONSE BELOW......SO NOW I DON'T HAVE MY INSTRUMENTS OR MY MONEY. BOTTOMLINE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DISPOSABLE INSTRUMENTS LAST LONGER THAN THEIRS.
