Like the last person who commented, this clinic is incompetent and nothing has changed. They have this automated system to call you and remind you to be 10 minutes early for your appointment. Sounds great, right? When you show up, unfortunately, the doctor is out of the office and they forgot to let you know.
One time, I tried to call them (to let them know I was running late) and no one answered the phone. When I showed up, I asked if anyone was answering the phone and they said yes, but didn't know who was on phones that day. They got into a discussion asking each other about it, discussing if it was person X or person Y and who was on coffee. I'm standing right there watching this! How embarrassing!
On a previous occasion, I tried to call them to reschedule an appointment. As should be expected at Kenderdine Medical Clinic, no one answers the phone. I tried calling a week in advance, then 3 days and finally the day before. No one answers the phone. Finally, I gave up. When I missed the appointment, they called me and left a message to let me know that I missed my appointment! Who does that? When I tried to call back, no one picks up the phone. Really?
Unless you have no other choice, find another clinic.

I had circumcision done here very well. I came a long way from Regina to get it done. The staff was helpful and nice. Dr. Daguio was knowledgeable and sincere.

This Clinic, is disgusting and totally incompetent!!! One mistake, i've learned to live with, in a misdiagnosis, misplaced information., So I have Not returned and filed a complaint with the College of Physcisians and surgeons, which is a joke too,!!!! expect a 6month response.
But the second time, My EX doctor from this clinic (I have not been here since Jan. 2012), JUST faxed a prescription to my drugstore for a drug i no longer take!!! Seriously what IS wrong with this place.
I am so disgusted, No wonder people Die, for what they call mistakes, With this incompetance in our medical system. its NO wonder. and Mistakes, don't just happen.
