Everything was great, as usual! The whole staff is always very friendly and informative. I’ve recommended your company any time someone asks me about who I see for my eye care.

The eye guys always deliver top notch service. I highly recommend switching to a team of local eye doctors who are in it for the long haul instead of the big box places where you can get lost in the corporate paperwork. Dr Sievensend and staff are as good as it gets.

I moved from a different eye company that transitioned to virtual appointments which I didn’t want to keep doing. Regardless, the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The appt started on time and was efficient. They did a great job explaining the exam. Refreshing to be able to talk to Drs. in person.

We love The Eye Guys! They are knowledgeable and respect our ideas and preferences. Dr. Sivesind has had our business for nearly a decade. He not only helps with our yearly appointments, but also counsels us on proper whole body health for vision preservation. He is great with our kids as well!

This was my first time at this office and everyone was so amazing! Dr Sivesind did a great job explaining EVERYTHING to me! On top of that, Brandy helping me find the right glasses was so painless as well as her helping me with a payment plan for my lenses. I couldn’t ask for a better team going forward!

Dr. John and his staff are amazing! I took my 3yr old for his first exam and they made the environment very calm and had it so he was not scared at all. They are very helpful and friendly!

The Eye Guys are exceptional. I have been a patient of Dr. John for 15 years now and wouldn’t consider changing eye doctors. He is truly the best in his field. Dr. John's expertise and professionalism have consistently impressed me, and I appreciate the personalized care I receive during each visit. The entire staff at The Eye Guys is friendly and efficient, making every appointment a pleasant experience.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Clarke at his previous location. A few days ago I had my first visit at the new location. My appointment was at 8:40, so I arrived at 8:30. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived. They were each called back shortly after I arrived. Finally, at 9am I left. I understand things happen, however, it would have been appropriate to let me know they were running behind. I do not understand how they could have already been running behind after only being open for 40 minutes. Maybe the new place overbooks appointments. Who knows. As much as I like Dr Clarke, I will not be returning to this new way of doing business. The 1 star is for the cool picture of the Arc of Dreams.

This team is amazing and made my first visit go so well. I have general anxiety about appointments, but everything was explained well. I felt comfortable the entire time. They explained the tests and outcomes, and even my insurance process for purchasing new glasses.
I definitely recommend them, as it was through and I felt important and valuable as a patient!

I have been seeing Dr. Clarke well over a decade and my daughter for 10 yrs now (she got glasses at 3yrs old). He is always up to date on the latest technology and willing to listen to any concerns. He does a great job of taking into account any medical or age related issues that may overlap with my eye health and is awesome at explaining in "real" language even to kiddos!
In addition, he is just an all around nice guy who puts everyone at ease. At his new practice he has surrounded himself with people just as fantastic as him and it feels more like visiting friends than a doctor's appointment. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone!

First time patient. I’m impressed. They have some really high tech painless assessment machines they used before and during the exam as well as some familiar equipment.

I received quality care from the moment I arrived. Dr. John did a thorough exam of my eyes and explained my current eye health, things to watch for and general health care pro tips.
