Sour cream glazed donuts are my absolute favorite and I have now been ruined to go anywhere else . LOL . I got a surprise variety pack and not one donut disappointed and look at the size of that sprinkle donut. I also picked up a delicious iced coffee while I was there and had a lovely chat with the owner. People really need to start supporting small businesses. Not chain branches owned by American companies. Who don't even make donuts anymore. Who get them shipped in already made and then heat them up in the oven and claim that they're baked.

Cute little place. Very friendly service. Had the iced salted caramel latte 10/10 delicious and not too sweet. The maple dip donut was huge extremely fresh and absolute perfection. And finally the glazed apple fritter which was the size of my head, best apple fritter I’ve ever had wow!! Definitely check them out.

Maverick Donuts tasted just like fresh-baked goodness with lots of fun toppings! They offer a great variety of donut flavors—from eclairs to blueberry, lemon, Oreo, and more. Alongside the donuts, they also serve a nice selection of hot and cold drinks.

It’s a takeout-only spot (no seating), but the experience was still great. The server was super friendly and even made me a wonderful chai latte. Definitely worth a stop if you’re craving fresh donuts and a good drink!

Loved the half dozen donuts I picked up last week. Very kind customer service. Lots of selection of a variety of flavours of both cake and yeast donuts. All donuts were moist, not dry, great textures! Really nice flavoural. The apple fritter was my favourite! Will go back soon and would recommend for a treat or any special occasion.

Came here to try out their donuts and it didn’t disappoint. They also have cool flavors like the viral Dubai chocolate. Definitely a must visit

My Fiancée and I were looking to indulge in some gourmet sweets. We were recommended by a friend to try Maverick Donut Company in North Oshawa.
We were not disappointed, as the owner was so professional and friendly as well as how delicious the donuts were! The store is kept very clean and the presentation of the donuts is eye catching. We will be back for sure!

Overall, tasty donuts. Some great flavours and different styles from fritters, to risen donuts to filled ones.

Been here twice. First time, the fritters were on point. Second time, it fell apart because it was too fresh that the glaze didn’t make it stick together. But the texture was definitely something to talk about. Light and fluffy and the glaze gives it a little crunch.

Service has always been good. Very accommodating and always helpful service.

Parking looks tough, but there’s a bit of parking in the lot behind. Both times, came mid morning and no issues finding a spot.

I just waited 20 minutes for a very simple order, and part of the food was prepared behind closed doors. I know I could hear a reheating of the food in a microwave. so disappointed in the lack of ability to make fresh baked goods and for that price they should be preparing fresh food not reheating, frozen baked goods

These donuts were given to us by our friends and truly they did not disappoint! Each donut was uniquely flavoured and tasted fresh, having a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. I'd love to go back to try more flavours!

Very weird textures and flavours. This cream is like artificial and scary. I'm genuinely concerned about the practices of this location. These donuts are horrible. Can't give them more chances as even the fritter is no longer good.

Old review: Cake donuts mostly, a tad on the expensive side. The fritter was nice but felt like it costed too much.

The lemon ricotta and coffee were the best I think, less sweet.
Looking forward to trying the Boston cream and raspberry berliner next time.

This is definitely a place to visit if you want to put a smile on your face. We went late, so the selection was slim, but the service was friendly, and staff took the time to explain the variety of donuts available and the best times to come. I tried the Strawberry Short Cake, and it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend paying them a visit.

We were looking for cupcakes but ended up finding this donut place nearby. It’s our first time here, the donuts are beautifully decorated and very delicious!! My daughters love it 😋

Fancy decorated donuts have become quite popular over time. Personally, I’m not a fan of this trend, as I believe donuts are best eaten warm, whereas cakes need to be cooled due to the icing.

The cake donuts were good, though. Not overly sweet, and each flavor is well engineered. The cream tends to lose its shape if left at room temperature (except in a few variations), and the donuts can become slightly hard when refrigerated, but they’re still enjoyable.

On the other hand, the old fashion cinnamon sugar donut was perfect. At first bite, it tasted like a regular donut, but it really grew on me with each bite. It was so fluffy, chewy, perfectly sized, and not overly sweet. I didn't grow up eating donuts, but it somehow gave me a nostalgic feeling—simple yet perfect. I hope they will serve this donut warm. The drinks and coffee were also enjoyable; they use quality beans.

I was able to stop by this last weekend and take a 1/2 dozen with me after seeing this shop for a while now.
The staff were incredibly helpful and walked us through the options, and flavours. The shop was clean and bright and new and very comfortable but was smaller so you really do need to take it with you when you drop by: no eating-in here.
Unlike Times, these lasted perfectly fine overnight and were still fantastic the next day.
I strongly recommend trying this place out.
