Very quick to respond! Paid very close attention to everything around him as he was backing my vehicle into its intended spot, so as not to damage anything as he was doing it. And he got it spot on where I asked him to put it! Highly recommend!!!

Alex was awesome and very pleasant to talk with. I used to do towing during my college yrs to get me thru school. He was fast and efficient.

Allen was fantastic today. He was quick to respond and get the car loaded on the bed. It is very warm and busy location. We were very impressed with him. I will always call Riggs and highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the help that Jack gave me. I was sitting on the side of the highway, he arrived before the expected time, he loaded the car very quickly, and got us to my destination ahead of schedule. Salt of the earth. Thank you for your help, Jack.

I highly recommend Keegan! When my transmission failed on my one-ton truck, he came to the rescue. He efficiently loaded up my truck, hooked up my trailer, and got us to a repair shop and back home safely.

I was stuck in a pretty bad spot. Other tow companies said no due to the area being muddy, o put a post on Facebook asking for help and Alex was able to get me unstuck in just 10 mins, that's counting him hooking up and winching me out. Yes I was being dumb and didn't think it thru till it was too late but Alex was very very helpful, kind, and very good at his job. I give this company 5 stars because they came out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you Alex for helping me I really appreciate the expertise and in minimum time 💯

My family was traveling with a boat and trailer and we blew a tire on route 79. Dan responded super quick and helped get us to a safe location and got us back on the road. He made us feel safe and assured in a stressful moment. Great guy

I broke down on my way to work. We waited a while but it’s understandable since the guy had his dog at the time. I don’t know his name, but our tower was quick, efficient, and so so polite. I will definitely recommend them in the future!!

Mr. Riggs Garage was more than helpful! Our car broke down on a Friday evening, was towed to his garage on Saturday- a holiday weekend!- and was fixed with a new alternator in 3 hours! The mechanic was excellent! The price was more than fair also. Thank you Mr. Riggs and mechanic! I will tell all my friends and family what a great job you did for us!

Dan was very great to work with. I had a Friday night accident and his employees were able to get me to my hotel. I had to have someone from home come get me. On Sunday I was coming through this way again and he met me at his business on his day off so I could get items from my vehicle. He even gave me a t-shirt! Highly recommend him for service should you need it!
