Cynthia and her team are incredible! I've hired eGrowth several times over the past 6-7 years. They follow through every time. The owner Cynthia wrote the book (literally) on how to maintain good account health. She is diligent, smart, and cares deeply about her clients. I've hired them for a total of 5 authenticity and IP complaint appeals over the years, and we were successful in resolving each one. I also hired Cynthia to give me advice on Amazon's bundle policy.
