This is a scam!!!! They don't even have a store. My husband went to Orlando to get our money back. And the address is a apartment building. They have now changed the name to Parts Central LLC. And say they are working out of Wyoming. Same people different name. They are Scammers. Their new website looks real. But it's not. They have my number now were it won't take calls out of my area. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Order an engine back in Sept 2024 requested a refund because of shipping and tracking delays never received my refund and now they ignoring my calls and messages. My lawyer got involved and still haven’t heard anything back. I strongly recommend to never do business with the company.

My son purchased a motor thru them in January and never received the motor. And here it is 4 months later working with our bank to get his money back and no one is responding to us or our bank. Please don't order from them it one big headache.

My name is James Allen. I bought a motor or I thought I had bought a motor from them over a year ago. They were supposed to give me my money back. They still haven't given it to me. I post it a review, hoping that it would make them give me my money back. Also had to hire a lawyer, they ignored My lawyer reaching out to them. This company is garbage, they rip people off, and if you do get the product, it's probably in no good condition because they don't have the property, they buy it and charge you for buying it. If you value your money, do not buy from this company, they will string you along. Put you with another person that works with them. And you'll never get your satisfaction. This company should be banned and should be sued fully. If I could give them no stars, I would, they've cost me over $16000. The second episode of the first days of iPhone. I'm still waiting on my refund, which is over a year ago

The worst online auto parts company ever!!! They lie to you just to get your money..if it was at all possible.i would give them a rating of negative 3.😡 these scammers got me for $1612.00 for an engine. They lied and said that i would receive my engine in 8-10 days..it’s been well over a month now. And still haven’t received my engine..i talked to Sean David the scammer,after the 10days had passed..I tried to call him again and lo and behold..i can’t get ahold of him or anyone from the auto square company..i emailed, I called all 3 numbers, I texted .. nothing.. so do yourselves a favor..never order anything from these scammers..

Total scam! Take your money, promise delivery in 7/8 business days. Then IF you can reach them they will give you a fake tracking #. In my case I went to the fraud dept at my bank after a month and opened a claim. Amazingly enough the very next morning I got a call from autosquare telling me to open a claim thru my bank ( already done) because they didn't ship the part. Yet they won't refund me it was my bank that had to foot the bill! Bunch of BS! Don't buy from them!!

I highly do not recommend this company. I paid for an engine and transmission for a 1997 jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I needed the parts ASAP and they told me they would be here. I was even assured multiple times that I would receive the parts, the parts were originally supposed to be delivered Sunday, February 23rd 2025. I gave them some leeway because it was at a business that was closed on Sunday and hoped they would be in Monday. They never came in, I was then informed after multiple calls and voicemails that the truck delivering the parts, broke down and they would be delivered on Friday February 30th, they did not come in. Right now I am going to be in the process of trying to get my money back as I found a better company with the parts I need, I knew this company was shady from the start whenever they were talking about it would be 8 days before I found out where my parts were going or 8 days before I receive any tracking information, not to mention, they asked me to wire the money instead of paying with a debit card like I had with the transmission. Karma is gonna come to the scammers, one way or another.

If it could be zero stars i would choose that. Company is a joke. All good till they got the money and has been nothing but excuses since. Once you may ever receive a tracking number it never worked and then there was more excuses. Ordered a month ago today. (Jan.27-Feb.27) Now no one is answering the phones. Absolutely ridiculous company!!!!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!!

This is a very shady company. Ordered the engine from them twice and they never sent it. They avoided me and stopped answering the phone yet they billed me $2,300. I am now making a lawsuit to take them to court. They are a bunch of liars with fake names. Just a bunch of foreigners selling fake stuff. The amount of lies and the amount of miscommunication is no joke. Please avoid this company as they are shady and do not honor nothing

They are quick to answer the phone and make the sale. But once they have your money. They will not answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never come back to your all. Then they just will not answer your calls at all!
They tell you that you will have your order in 8 -9 business days. Once those days are up then they say o we still testing your parts.
Then these people say it’s been shipped and give me a tracking number a tracking number that doesn’t work.

I bought a engine for a 2016 bmw x6 after receiving my engine I paid the mechanics to install after installing the engine didn’t perform correctly I reached out to auto square several times left numerous of voice messages. I even emailed they got to the point that they stopped answering my calls. I paid 5200 and some odd dollars for my Engine 4000 to install my engine I can’t let them get away from this very bad business I’m not a happy camper so my next steps are filing a claim with Better Business Bureau, then getting a lawyer and taking them to court this is all in the process of right now buyers beware…

This company is scamming people of their hard earned money. They mad promise to deliver engine within 3days just take my money. When ask for refund it is now two weeks and every day they have said the have made started the transaction to deposit back my money and still no money. Last excuse was that there having problems with their bank. This has been a big inconvenience to me I can't pay for my mechanic the rest of his money. And everyday my car is there it cost me $100 and I zero money at this point to pay. These people are scammers. They come off as friendly when taking your money and then everything changes after. I will be filing a complaint and reporting them. These people do not have a official place of business the address that they have posted is for a abandoned property and someone apartment. They are scammers

I ordered an engine from this company. It took a while to process the order, about 3 weeks.
Catherin Joseph was great. I originally got a call saying the delivery will be delayed by two weeks. Catherin called me to let me know it's coming on Dec 26, the day after Christmas. I am pleased with this. I might give another review after the engine is received. We will see in what shape the engine is when it arrives.

This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with absolutely horrible no credibility at all refuse to refund you money when they are unable to deliver. Currently filing fraud/criminal charges with the Florida DAO

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company started off okay until they got paid. I ordered a motor on 9/18/24 I was told 8 to 10 business days for delivery after many emails and calls I finally received my package 11/1/24 "Damaged" tipped over on the shipping pallet the motor was laying right on the side that broke. I took pictures and emailed them over right away. It was obvious it was not packet right or the delivery was crazy. Either way now they want me to pay shipping to either get my money back or get a new motor 🤔 how is any of that my problem? But of course it's not the packaging or delivery's fault it's the buyer's fault and I got to pay more money ???? For the record I didn't want to have to pick a star this site made me or I couldn't hit submit. Better off going to your local junk yard and spending more.

My uncle ordered parts from this company and was so happy they arrived on time and in good condition. Steve Walker was particularly helpful in making the experience go smoothly and he went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you, we will definitely order from you in the future.
