I recently appeared for the CELPIP exam, and during the speaking section, a staff member kept standing behind me. I even gave them a look to indicate that I was getting disturbed, but they didn’t move. I had to focus on the exam, so I couldn’t say anything at the time, but I got very nervous and couldn’t perform well. Now, because of that, I’ll have to take the exam again, which is really frustrating.
Extremely disappointed and worst experience ever I had from you guys. Not answering phone calls, not replying my emails. Literally called you 100 times, about my refund there were no answers, It has been over 2 months there was no response. Now, I will have to take strict actions against your company. Please guys don’t take your IELTS exams from Xyna. They are not professional and making fools everyone.
Such a unprofessional place . They are running institute and they don’t know how to be professional. On my speaking day they send someone else at my place because they have some urgent work . Moreover , on the test day they did not have erasers and sharpers . When students were asking form them for erasers they were like we don’t have . Staff did not know about sheet instructions. There was one teacher during the whole test she was continuously speaking . They made you guys sit for TRF for one hour .

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from your team. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I have received no response to my calls. It is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to be left without any form of communication or assistance.
To make matters worse, I was informed that in order to obtain a TRF , I either need to travel all the way to Vaughn or pay an additional $60. This is completely unreasonable, especially considering that this issue stems from a lack of proper support on your end.
I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address this lack of communication and to provide a more accessible and efficient process for students who are already dealing with enough stress.

Took my IELTS exam here. Calls are not answered by the institute. So it's not possible to reach them inspite of multiple attempts. They give you a three hour timeframe to collect your IELTS result on a specific day after which they'll mail it to your address. Theu don't take guarantee of it being delivered. Collecting it on the same day is an unrealistic requirement. They ask you to pay extra if you want it mailed ( tho I don't think it's a specific requirement for just this cente).
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like that the groups are not too big.
I only have one complaint: At the end of my test, I was the last one in the room, and the person waiting for me decided it was a good idea to look directly at me. I could see him in my screen's reflection and feel the pressure to finish as soon as possible because he seemed rushed (or at least that's how it felt). I had to call him out in the middle of my speaking answer because he became a big distraction. So, my last answer went all wrong because of that. Please train the staff to respect the examinees' space until the very last second of their test.

XYNA International, charged $60 for express shipping of TRF and I received the TRF by regular mail. After making the payment, it’s been 5 working days and no tracking ID for the express shipping was shared with me. Now they emailed that they won’t refund the shipping fee. It’s a scam in clear words. I won’t recommend anyone to book test on any XYNA locations.

The test center itself is well-maintained, and provides a comfortable, quiet environment ideal for taking such an important exam. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and at ease. They were not only efficient but also very supportive, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the exam process and provided clear instructions, making the entire procedure smooth and stress-free. They ensured that I was well-prepared and informed about what to expect at each stage of the exam.

Test was good but the customer service and result delivery very very poor. I don't recommend anyone giving pen paper based test with Xyna. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my TRF my friend got it in a day because he paid 60 dollars. They said that it will be dispatched through canada post regular delivery and the regular delivery takes only 7 days maximum. I asked them if I can come in person to get it I can even pay extra and they said I have to email them first pay the fee and then they will send me another email asking to drop in. I mailed them 2 days ago and still waiting for their reply. Terrible terrible experience, they have PDFs of the TRF that they can give directly if we have to go in person but I don't know how their policies work and if we have to do the email procedure atleast reply on time. I have to apply for my work permit and I am still waiting on this TRF. I am really sorry for everyone like me who have suffered 🙏🏻
I am so glad i booked my IELTS at this place. I had to give a test urgently and managed to book with them on 24th Dec when most other places were closed. The staff is polite, efficient and very professional. I got the results in 3 days and achieved my desired band.
Pathetic customer service, they are robbing us. They are taking 30-45 days just to send the results as if some is crawling to deliver it.
I booked an paper based ielts exam and they make me do my speaking test online and they are asking for more money for my result.

I booked my my Ielts with xyna. It ‘s a great experience and i love that. The staff is so cooperative, friendly and talkative. They provide all assistance you required during, after and before of exam. It’s worth to book exam with them.
I have good experience at Xyna International . The place is not much crowded and well organized.Due to some reasons, they canceled my test, but later then, they reached out to me immediately to know my convenience date, time, and location for test booking.

The staff were welcoming and professional, guiding candidates through every step with clear instructions. The environment was calm and well-organized, making it easy to focus.
