I was using this location for all my dry cleaning business for a long time. Since the change I dropped off a dress I only wore once. My dress ($300 in value) was pink when I dropped it off and it came back light gray and with wrinkles as if it was never washed and if it was washed with jeans. I would be contacting better business bureau as when I phoned they could not come up with a solution for. I would give this business no stars if I could. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Attached is before and after.

I had been bring my dry cleaning here for years and had always been happy. Perhaps because of new management and practices my last visit last month has left me with a different opinion. I brought in merino wool and cashmere sweaters for cleaning. It took a week. When I picked them up my one sweater had been shrunk to half the size. It is cashmere and silk , an obvious label was attached. It's been over 2 weeks and the only apology has been paired with that the sweater was old anyway. I'm sorry! It was well cared for and I am now unable to wear it. I showed them the website for this brand which sweaters start at $200-400. The original offer was $50. I'm insisting on replacement cost please. Then they came back with $100. I can't replace the sweater with that amount. It's been over a week and I have not heard anything and they still have my sweater. I don't appreciate being the villian here as the owner has implied. I am your customer and someone ruined this sweater by washing and/or drying it. I will avoid this business after this is resolved with respect I'm hoping soon.

Update: A satisfactory resolution has been reached. It took longer than I would have liked to be contacted, but since communication was opened the resolution was reached quickly. I have now received an apology and reimbursement for the lost items which is exactly what I hoped for.

Two pairs of jeans were dropped off for hemming. They have been subsequently lost and I have been unsuccessful in speaking to the manager/owner despite calling, visiting, and writing a letter to request reimbursement for the lost items.

Been going here for years. Not sure if there’s been a change in management or ownership, but it took 2 weeks for my shirts to show up after I dropped them off for dry cleaning. And then one had the collar ripped apart along the seam - shirt is destroyed. Things happen, but first I was told it was like that when I dropped it off. Umm, no? I asked them to review the receipt. Then it was ‘It happened when dry cleaned.’ Umm, well, it’s not new, so I guess things can happen. BUT, no apology, no offer of a discount. And - my favourite part - I was charged for the cleaning of that shirt anyway (I said that was not gonna happen; I did not pay for the ruined shirt in the end). Listen, things happen - but own the delay. Acknowledge the damage. Apologize. And seriously, don’t try and charge me to clean a shirt you destroyed. C’mon.

I dropped off a vest and dress pants to be dry cleaned back in June. I return to the store on the posted date, and my pants are ready, but the vest isn't. I take my pants and patiently wait for the vest. I return a couple more times over the next few weeks to check in, but no vest. By July, I'm told that the vest is likely lost but they will keep trying to find it and I should check back later. I'm told if it's lost, they will reimburse me. I wait patiently. By mid August, I'm told the vest is definitely lost and, as per their conditions written on the receipt, can be reimbursed up to 10 times the value of the service, which would be $100 (the vest cost me $120, but fine, close enough). The employee tells me they have to run it by their boss first because there was recently a change in management and they will call me when the refund is approved. On August 28, I get a call that the boss has been informed on the situation and I should get a call about the refund soon. I've been strung along now for 2 and a half months at this point, but sure, I can wait a bit longer. Today, Sept 13, after not hearing from anyone since Aug 28, I went to the store to see if I could get my refund. The employee can't help me and I'm told I'll get a call from her boss. The boss calls me and apologizes, but all they can do is $100 store credit now, to use on all their amazing services.

I have been strung along for 3 months now, waiting for my vest and then to be reimbursed so I can buy a new vest. That vest and pants were the only articles of clothing I own that I take in to get dry cleaned, MAYBE once a year, at that. If I have no vest to take in, what use is $100 store credit to me? And if my stuff gets lost again, what, more store credit? The new management blames the old management for losing my vest, but it sounds like they would have at least reimbursed me for it. Very frustrated and disappointed. When I buy myself a new vest, I certainly won't be returning here to have it cleaned.
