Rachel is on point with her job and gets things accomplished she is easy to deal with. And Anthony is very personable he is good with the work and people.

The staff is very professional and responsive. They quickly addressed all my concerns and maintenance request. they are much better than the one we had before. especially Rachel she is the best , she works with you and is great at communicating with you. and is very professional. And reliable any problems I’m having at my apartment she always send someone out to assist with the issue. Even after the office is closed . Rachel is impressive and the best l have ever dealt with really appreciate it. Thank you .

ALL CONTRACTORS SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

They will hire contractors and then take months to pay, then try haggle you down to the point of you taking a loss, always asking for discounts before making payments.
I gave them the best rates in the city & they still cry about cost, they want to pay crackhead rates, for professional work.
They also want you to deal with building owners, when it's their responsibility, and want to claim they are an intermediary between the you and the owners, which you never had contact with these property owners. And if you did have contact with any of the owners, they will not call you back.
I'm now actively having to go forward with a legal suit for nonpayment on multiple jobs completed.
It's unfortunate things had to lead to this point, but I was left with no choice, no person of skilled trade will work for crumbs.

I’m truly grateful for the support and professionalism from Belgium Management and especially Anthony. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything. Whether it was maintenance, questions about the property, or just general support, they were always quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. Anthony is very kind, communicative, and efficient. Upon first meeting he not only took note of all issues in the unit and informed me of all changes and explained very concisely and clearly all the processes. He even corrected and fixed one issue on the spot within less then 2 hours of first meeting. I highly recommend him for anything you may need help with within his range of expertise

My building has been under their management for a month. So far no complaints. Super glad they kept our superintendent Jimmy in the building, as he’s been super helpful and has always kept the building clean and presentable. Hoping they resolve the issues other tenants and I have had before they came on board soon.

Thank you Alex and team for repairing the apartment back to standard. The floors & ceilings are looking great and I do love the new light fixtures giving the apartment a very modern feel compared to the old school covers. Another big thank you for the team for giving the apartment a fresh paint job, everything is looking bright and spacious.

Overall a great experience. Sometimes maintenance takes longer than expected, however they are beyond patient in multiple ways and I have no problem being patient with them. I have been here for 2 year with pans on staying longer. Overall great management team they do there best to handle issues, with other tenants as well.
