Be careful! Bad minded staff in their court of fresh meat! The staff will bad minded to cut the ribs to very small pieces purposely. And then he wrapped the ribs in paper. I was shocked when I cooked in home. He could refuse to cut the ribs if he didn’t want to, it is ok, but ruined the rib after promised to help cut, this is mean!

I bought a grouper today, the fish tasted bad and not fresh at all!
The worst shopping experience ever!

I got some BC live spot prawns today. Big shout-out to the worker in the fish section.
He went above and beyond by carefully checking the shrimp and purposely throwing out the ones that were no longer fresh. He made sure I got only the best quality. It's rare to see someone take such pride in their work and care about the customer's experience. Thank you!

Large and extremely busy location on a Saturday. Good choices - would go here every month if I lived in Toronto.

**CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE ON FROZEN PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASING**

I recently came across a serious issue with frozen sliced cuttlefish at this store.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed two packages with the same lot number, but their expiration dates differ by two years (2023 vs. 2025).

Strangely, the “2025” expiration date also has a different font, making it look suspicious.

This is very concerning because it suggests possible tampering with the date.

This kind of oversight, whether accidental or deliberate, can pose health risks.

I hope the store takes this matter seriously and ensures better quality control in the future.

Really great store to purchase fresh produce and unique fruits that you won’t typically find anywhere else.
The meat section is also decent and has a good selection.

Clean and fresh products. Price is reasonable. Nice staff and easy for the exchange or return. The Seafood and Meat are the best ones. Really good quality with attractive price! My first choice for the daily grocery. Highly recommended!

While Winco lacks a huge variety, the quality makes up for it. I find the vegetable and meat quality here among the top in the Asian supermarkets in Markham. I usually get pork shoulders here and the meats are just perfectly marbled! They also have very decent air flown fruits. Parking can be very busy during weekends.

my first visit here, very clean store in a very good location. they have a lot of interesting items that I don't see an another store. Each department in a different section and they are very clean and separated. I especially like the veggie and fruit section. Lots of variety
