In a city with as many restaurant and burger options as Toronto, Rudy stands out for their consistency. They are always fast and reliable, without sacrificing quality or freshness. Our favourites are the Valentino and Big Rudy. The chicken in the Valentino is juicy and tender and the Big Rudy has two smashed patties which perfectly caramelize on the outer edges. Not to mention the tasty sauces that complement both. The skinny fries that come with combos are excellent as well. Imagine an elevated version of everyone’s favourite McDonald’s fries. Overall, it’s hard to beat Rudy on the Queensway for a classic smash burger and fries.

Had a fantastic lunch at Rudy’s today! We were served by Damni, who greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Her service was absolutely top-notch friendly, attentive, and professional throughout.

I ordered the Valentino Combo, and the food was 5-star quality :) fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. Highly recommend Rudy’s, and big thanks to Damni for making our experience even better!

Excellent...every bite was excellent! I went on lunch with one of my co-workers today, it was my first experience, and it was great! I ordered the cheeseburger with a poutine. My order was ready quick and it was hot! The sauce is delicious!!! I made a point to comment to the guys working to let them now how much I loved my meal! The services was excellent as well! I will definitely be back!

Unbelievable burger.

Service was excellent and friendly. Will be back very soon. Fries were heavier on the salt but i do prefer it this way and the lace on the smash burger was perfect. Rudy sauce was great as well. Enjoy the patio while summer is still here

I got the new Crudy burger combo with extra sauce and poutine gravy was so good! Great service and food. Isha was super professional and friendly, and really knew the menu well . Definitely coming back.

Rudy smash burgers are great, so light and simple yet so tasty. They have a combo for two which comes with poutine and more. Poutine was great too the gravy tasted great. Got a brownie and it was so soft with chocolate chips inside it. Tried their limited time homemade banana pudding too and it was okay. Everything else was great I would come back. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was great as well with a good amount of seating.

It wasn’t as good as the first, second, 3rd or 4th time etc I ate here.I always order the same thing, the rude dude (double cheese burger) I didn’t realize until I looked at my receipt that she rung my order in wrong. My burger didn’t taste the same because I was given the Rudy burger when I specifically asked for the “rude dude” double cheeseburger.
It was also difficult to understand what she was trying to say.

I was really looking forward to this meal, but unfortunately it missed the mark. The burger was dry and lacked the juicy, flavorful punch it used to have. The poutine also fell flat — the gravy was bland and the cheese curds didn’t add much taste. Lastly, I paid $26 including tax for a bacon cheeseburger, single patty, upgraded to poutine and a can of Coke. A bit pricey.

Overall, Disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy. Hope they can bounce back.

I got the rude dude. Great smash burgers but like everyone says it gets quite pricey. A burger, fries, and drink (a can not a bottle) will run you almost 20 bucks which I personally think is insane for 1 person. The cost of the burger by itself should at least include a fries and drink. Although you do get a lot of fries, let's be real, for $4.99 you could a 2kg bag from your nearest fresco that tastes the same so idk why so expensive. If the prices were reasonable I would easily give it 5 stars.

TL:DR great burger if you don't mind the overinflated price tag

Killer burger. Fries were mint. Friendly staff, Raman gave great service, and the Chef’s took the time to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Oh, and you have to get the pickle chips or you’ll regret it.

This was my first time here! I got the rude dude. It's a double patty smashed with cheese, luttue,tomatoes, and Rudy sauce. Also, I got the skinny fries with a pop. Don't know how they work around here. But the 2 customers behind me got their food before me. The only good thing is they bring the food to your table. The smashed burger had a nice crust on it, but the patties were paper thin. I would have liked it a little bit more meaty. The fries were okay, nothing special. The food was good! The crust on the patty was divine. Unrelated to the food but be warned! The stairs down to the bathroom are a DEATH TRAP. Slipped and fell even though they looked dry. Fair warning

Wow! My wife just declared Rudy's burger the best she's ever had, and I'm right there with her. Seriously, this place is worth going out of your way for.

My burger was a 9.4/10 – close to perfect! We'll definitely be back.

RUDYS! is where its at love the staff their and the burgers are phenomenal along with the french fries. If you want a nice juicy fresh hot burger or chicken burger this is where you go. Got a good size eating area food comes out hot and fresh. The wait time is not too long . I got takeout! Ask for your condiments on the size and get the brownies!

Ordered through ubereats and it came well packaged in a Rudy bag. Immediately could smell what seemed like McDonald’s fries. Pretty close. Portion was generous! Only negative is they were very salty. I could see why there’s an option for “no salt” when you order. I would just hope for something in between.
Burgers were otherwise delicious.

The Good:
Currently the best tasting smash burgers in the city, crispy, well seasoned and delicious. Crudy and Rude Dude top the list.
Great customer service
Vibe is okay, location needs a bit more charm
Fries are solid

The Bad:
Valentino chicken burger was a bit bland / dry and needs more crisp - 3 star
Poutine was unsalted
Definitely on the pricier side given the size of the burgers.
Bring back root beer, Dr Pepper, cream soda, etc the drink selections are lacking.

It’s a yummy place for a burger, we tried the Crudy, which I thought everyone was making a typo when I read the reviews and then I saw it when ordering it and decided to get it. The patty lacks salt but I liked it a lot, their shake is thick and fried and yummy.

Great food and amazing service. Raman was very helpful and made sure our group was well taken care of. The Crudy burger was awesome and the ketchup packets are a good size 😄

Don’t let the size of the restaurant deceive you!
Rudy has absolutely amazing smashburgers. I have ordered the Rude Dude and it was extremely tasty, the patties were cooked perfectly and toppings/bun were all great.
I highly suggest checking out Rudy for a great, simple and genuine smash burger.
