OGGI SPA Niagara

Finally found a perfect spa for all my needs…. Staff is excellent, very well trained and take the upmost care in tending to the clients. I have received spa treatments in many countries around the work and OGGI rates right up with the best experiences I have had.

Love Adriana!!! She’s incredible so are all the stuff. They make you feel right at home. All it takes is one appointment and you’ll realize u found ur spot for all things beauty.

My daughter was so pleased with her manicure! Her esthetician did an excellent job on the special bluey design. This is the 2nd time we’ve gotten our nails done here and every time it’s a pleasant experience!

My pedicure was super relaxing. I loved getting the scrub done my feet and legs and the foot mask was a nice touch! Not to mention the look and feel of my pedicure is beautiful. The esthetician who did my pedicure is super amazing and talented!

Had the best experience at OGGI Spa today. My best friend and I were treated for Mother's Day by our husband's. They booked us in to have the 90 min facial together. The staff and girls who provided the treatments were amazing!! They catered to our needs and allowed us to have our treatments together side by side in the couple's massage room. It was so nice to relax but also chat and giggle with my bestie!! The facial was 10/10 and they included a foot massage too which we weren't expecting.
Our spa therapists were Kazzel and Jenelle they rocked and we hope we made there day because they made these two Mama's feel amazing!!!

I had a 90 min facial alongside my bestfriend! Our spa therapists were Kazzel and Jenelle- Fantastic service!!!!! Very relaxing. They were extremely accommodating to our needs... Would book with them again in a heartbeat. These lovely ladies helped make our day a lot brighter. SPA Review only - I Will never go back.

I had booked a massage that I had to cancel due to a family emergency. It was a very difficult time for me and I suddenly had to fly out to help my dad who has cancer. I called them immediately to cancel, but because it was Christmas Eve, they didn’t get the message until the day of the massage (26th).
They charged my credit card half the cost of the appointment- which is their normal cancellation policy if you don’t give enough notice.
I called them to see if anything could be done, because I had given 2 days notice, but the owner said because it was Christmas they didn’t have enough notice. And she was doing me a “favour” by only charging me half. But she wasn’t at all! She charged me exactly what the policy is. She also talked over me and went off for like 5 minutes.
It was honestly just the worst experience making an already difficult time so much worse. Plus I had planned to use a gift card for the massage, but instead I paid for nothing and got an earful. I was polite and calm the whole time - I couldn’t believe that the owner would treat a customer so badly!

Recently tried Oggi spa. Loved the ambience and service they provide. Loved the heated bed. Bit pricey and I get similar service at much lesser price with similar ambience and service at different places. Only thing I didn’t like is after paying the so expensive price, I was still asked for Gratuity. Overall good experience.

Lovely experience at Oggi Spa today, Kazzel was just great! Had a mani/pedi; one of the nicest times ever. She catered to my requests (I only like using my own tools - which can sometimes make some aestheticians grumpy). Her massage was so relaxing. The whole experience was so pleasant. Even stayed late to make sure I got the best, fullest treatment and was not rushed.
Will be back for sure !!

I went for a facial for the first time in my life and it was pure bliss. My appointment was with Kazzel and she was fantastic. I was a little nervous at first since I didn’t know what to expect and she was so sweet and easy to get along with, I was completely relaxed in no time.

All my tension and stress from a long tough week just melted away. I think everyone deserves to pamper themselves every now and then and I absolutely recommend you check this place out. Even the building where the spa is located in is beautiful, and its in a great location with lots of parking in the back.

My first time to Oggi Spa and it won’t be the last! Beautiful space, super clean and professional al staff. I got the Uomo package and it did not disappoint. The experience from start to finish makes this place worthwhile my time and money. Jennifer was amazing, soft hands on my face and firmer for the massage. Scrub, mask, facial, massage AND they used Sothys line (THE best!). Thank you
