This program is designed for highly motivated, wellness-focused individuals who want to maintain their cognitive function and preserve their memory capacity. It is an essential program for individuals at risk of developing dementia. E.g., family members of a patient with dementia, individuals with subjective cognitive impairment, and individuals with risk factors for the development of dementia. This program is not appropriate for individuals with a current diagnosis of dementia or significant cognitive impairments. A loved one of a patient with dementia can sign up for the program to learn prevention strategies to slow down the decline in the patient, hopefully.
