The doctor is very knowledgable, but you can't get an appointment. if u call phone is always busy and if u leave a message for appointment, never receives a call back.

The Doctor is very knowledgeable but long wait times and difficult to get an appointment. The doctor also said she needed to look into something for my child and never got back to me despite four calls on my part.

I have been bringing my kids here for 3 years but I am finally looking for another doctor. If you're lucky enough to get through on the phone to book an appointment, you'll find yourself waiting for at least an hour to get in to see the doctor. The receptionist makes you feel like you are wasting her time. They are way too busy but don't seem to turn down new patients. I have brought my children to Sick Kids 3 times in the past month because I can't get an appointment here. The doctor is very knowledgeable not worth the wait or frustration!
