Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Large store with a variety of products for most pets. Only thing I didn't like is that prices are not marked on lots of things. Have to go to the cashier and have the items scanned for prices.

Found the cat sand I was looking for, employees were helpful and friendly, and best of all, there was a lovely cat walking around the store.

I visit this store every time I come to Aylmer, and am always greeted warmly, and offered help when I come in. I’m working on my French, and the employees are so very helpful and patient. The owner is very personable, and helpful. And the big fluffy kitty that’s there is awesome. Their prices are great, and selection is superb. But what keeps me coming back is the PEOPLE. Thank you all so much for all your help. My 10 month old puppy has some serious food and environmental sensitivities and one woman there was pretty busy as they just got a truck of product in, and she was more than helpful picking out what treats I could give my puppy, as well as suggested bee pollen. She also had a really cool little pug with her, helping her which I thought was really great. I cannot say good enough things about this store. I wish I could be a part of their loyalty program, but as I am from the States, my phone number is not compatible. I have to see if I can get a google number with a Canadian area code. Thanks again for all you do. You and your employees are top notch. And I will see you again at the end of the month!

This location has changed businesses a few times now I believe. I remember when it was Blockbuster. Crazy! It’s now a pet shop and a good one at that. They have plenty of products for your beloved pets ☺️ The selection of the cat furniture or play towers is very cool! 👍😎
