Dealing with the office staff, especially by phone is basically a waste of time. Very moody and full of attitude. They are also extremely unhelpful. I saw a review that also highlighted this and felt compelled to vouch for what the other reviewer said as I experienced the same thing. I'm glad the only thing I need from them is my allergy serums going forward.

Got referral from my GP. Visited this clinic. Tried their treatment program for over a year - at great expense to my insurance provider. Completely ineffective. Then tried to schedule an appointment with clinic doc, but secretary refused. Secretary insisted that I return to my GP for yet another referral. Colossal waste of time, frustrating office staff with unpleasant attitudes, on the phone and in person.

Phoned several times to book appointment after referred by doctor. Told could not take call and to phone back several times. Finally got through and told should have called earlier. Despite several emergency hospital visits, would not fit in for emergency consultation.
