As a young child in Thailand, I had great admiration for my father. He served as a medic and was known as the "go-to" person for when someone was sick. Watching him inspired me to help others in a similar way. I moved to the United States and attended both high school and college in New York, where I got to turn my passion for medicine into a career. I am multilingual and believe my patients benefit not just from my language abilities but from my ability to relate to my patients in a very organic way. My diverse upbringing allows me to approach medical care from a very inclusive perspective. Patients should know that I make an effort to understand their culture and personal background so I can help them lead the healthiest life possible. Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures. I also enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors. I come from a big family and value family gatherings and time spent together.
