Dr. Hari Heda, an interventional cardiologist, joined the TidalHealth team in November 2020. Prior to that he had been working with cardiology patients on Delmarva and at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional for many years as part of his private practice. Dr. Heda serves as Medical Director for Non-Invasive Cardiology and Education at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional. Dr. Heda earned his medical degree from the Government Medical College in India and completed his residency at the Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his cardiology training at the Wayne State University Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and was in private practice in Salisbury, Maryland for 40 years with Dr. Dalal, who retired several years ago.
