Or have you tried talk therapy before and felt like you just needed something more? Whether you're a teen or an adult, navigating life's challenges like trauma, relationships, ADHD, anxiety, and career paths can feel exhausting. In addition to talk therapy, we specialize in trauma by using EMDR, IFS, and CPT to reprocess memories and make sense of your past experiences. We also work with couples through a Gottman and EFT lens to help improve communication, conflict, and overcome barriers to maintain a healthy relationship.
