The Longview Convention Complex contains multiple facilities and rental spaces capable of hosting a variety of special events. The facilities at the Complex are: the Maude Cobb Convention Center, including the Eitelman Conference Room and Activity Rooms; Longview Exhibit Center; Rodeo Arena and Pavilion; Small and Large Agricultural Pavilions and open Fairgrounds for general use and parking. Each rental space is rented by the day (8 a.m. Midnight), with the exception of the Eitelman Conference Room and Activity Rooms which are leased from 8 a.m. Midnight, 8 a.m. 5 p.m., or 5 p.m. Midnight. The equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) fees are itemized and are not included in the facility rental rates. These additional fee totals are based on the unique needs of each individual event.
