Fejes, Piri MD

Unfortunately since there is a Doctor shortage in Barrie I have been going to this MD. for years. She never seems to be running on time as more than once I have been sitting in the waiting room for twenty minutes or more only to FINALLY be called into the office told to get undressed and wait another thirty minutes. Most of the time the reception is rude and appear like they can't be bothered doing anything (do not even say who you have dialed when you call just answer the phone "Hello Doctor's Office" so you better hope you got the number right. They have even lost my medical records during one of the two moves she has conducted in the last ten years neither of which I was notified of prior to it occuring only when I called to book an appointment was I informed. When I was pregnant with my son she didn't even book the first Ultrasound (well actually I booked it she just gave me the paperwork and said I had to be the one to call not her office) until I was 19wks refusing to do so before that time. I had several friends who were also pregnant at the time and attending other doctors who had gotten a first ultrasound at 12-13wks so you can imagine how terrified I was that something might be wrong by the time I actually got to see my child. The worst part is when she did the same "Shut up and wait" thing to me the first time I took my son there when he was only a week old and was left with me holding him in just a diaper for over thirty minutes! The appointment was originally scheduled for before three thirty but, we didn't even get called in until after that and the actual appointment didn't end until nearly five (didn't see the doctor herself until after four although she walked by the open office room door at least half a dozen times talking to her staff). When she did eventually come in she couldn't rush thru things fast enough, not answering my questions or concerns about being a first time Mom and was very condescending like in tone( almost like saying "I am God you stupid moron" and actions) she always seems to be on any of my visits making me feel like crap and even leaving the office in tears that day! The reason for the tears were after making me feel brainless in the office she started pushing my son's stroller back to the waiting room herself, not allowing me to do it as it was close to five when the office closed and I hadn't even gotten the straps done up on his carseat yet at the time as I needed a minute to organize the papers she had given me into my purse and ensure I had everything before leaving her office having only JUST placed him in it a second before. Once I was in the waiting room my now VERY WET AND VERY HUNGRY son was crying for a bottle but I was not allowed the courteousy of five minutes to get organized by the reception staff and purhaps feed him as I was told I had to leave so that she could close the office which couldn't be done until I did so as she was OBVIOUSILY in a hurry to get home.I felt like there was absolutely no compassion at all for an newborn infant or a woman who was only beginning to be able to stand unassisted again! The only bright note to this whole office is the wonderful Nurse Practictioner who works there as my son loves her and I will be booking my appointments with her from now on to avoid Fejes altogether!

Also important things to note are the fact that the address listed here of 125 Bellfarm Road is wrong as she has not been at that office is well over five years she is now in Quarry Ridge.
