SpinXpress Laundry - Katy - Wash & Fold Services

Today was my third visit and I must admit, I haven't visited a laundry mat in years. New type of machines that I knew nothing about. All three of my visits were pleasant enough to give you more than 5 stars. Kat and Roxy are really on point. They were very polite and helpful every visit. The place was always clean and inviting. Roxy took the time to assist me with with the machines and I truly appreciate her help. Katy is a clothes folding
pro. These ladies are hard workers and I'll look for them every visit.

This is my go to place to wash and dry all of my microfiber towels for my business. The staff is awesome here. The manager Roxy is extremely friendly and always willing to help and make sure you know about all of the services they provide. It is always super clean and great laid back environment to come and get your laundry done. I would highly recommend SpinXpress.

Roxy, Adrian and Dom….. were so kind and helpful. This is a fun place and everyone is very nice. I had never been to a laundromat before. Dom was very helpful and showed me how to do everything. I had to use a big machine for a very large Duvet. I was dreading having to do this but not that bad at all.

SpinXpress is exceptional! I was helped by a young man named Dominic during my time washing my clothes. The facility is clean and there are so many washers with lots of capacity to wash really big loads. I plan on coming here even after my washer and dryer are back in my home so that I can at least do large comforters. Fantastic establishment!

First off this place is great! It’s clean it smells good and there’s plenty of stuff to do while you take care of your laundry. They have everything you need from detergent to softener to bounce sheets just incase you forget, like I always do. Ask for ms Jelly! She accompanied us with great care and she’s so nice and sweet and obviously likes to help people! She’s great at what she does. Ask for her!

I've been coming to SpinXpress Laundry for the past year and so far I've experienced good things. I like the convenience of 24 hour service since I come here early in the morning do to work. The staff here has been helpful every time I wash clothes. Roxy is very cheerful and helpful, even so early in the morning. I like how there's always soap in the restroom to wash off your hands after you touch detergent. It is so convenient to load the card especially since they accept credit card. They're vending machines, Tv's, chairs, and even detergent that you can buy. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone that has a busy life during the day to come here and wash your clothes early in the morning or late at night.

I googled washing full service and found spin express. I had a wonderful encounter with Roxy and Angelica. Their knowledge of laundry is excellent. I will definitely be coming back due to these two fine young ladies.

24 hours open !! Till now, it's the best laundry place i have been to. It's clean and easy and the sitting arrangement is great with magazines and books to read. The rates are actually less or equal to other places i have been to. They have coin and card system.

This is about my sixth time coming to wash my clothes here. Dominique is awesome!!! The place is always spotless when he’s working. He also checks to see if anyone needs help using the machines. I find him to be friendly, professional, and cares about the cleanliness of the place. In fact, I thought he was the owner with as much care as he puts. All of the other workers are very friendly and kind, but sometimes the place is not as clean. I will say the last three times I’ve come the bathrooms have not been working. All in all, I’m really glad I found this place to do my laundry.

Every time I come here Hanna is super sweet and friendly, she always gives me fresh popcorn and checks on me periodically , she always makes it a comforting experience! They have cool seating and carts to carry my laundry which is a plus. 👍

This location was very clean and attendant was helpful ,friendly and enjoyed her presence and the 🍿. It was a great experience and peaceful. Various sizes of washer and dryers. Affordable price I am happy I found this establishment will return in future.

It was our first time in the Katy area, and we were in need of a place to wash our clothes. After conducting a Google search, we found several laundromats in close proximity, but SpinXpress stood out to us as an intriguing option.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the machines were exceptionally clean, readily available, and reasonably priced. The cost per load ranged from $1 to $1.25, depending on the size of the machine. As for the dryers, they started at $1.50, although I do not recall the exact starting time.

We were particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by a gentleman named Dominique. He went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and genuine care for our needs. In a time when many individuals rely on laundromat services, Dominique's polite and resourceful demeanor was truly commendable.
