when i got there a young man in a white coat came over to me to say hi , he called me "honey" which i didn't like. he asked me if i would like a diet water and i said to him 'whats a diet water". during my treatment i was asking the technician about the products and the equipment she was using , she would giggle and say "i'm not sure or i don't know". i told her and the guy that called me honey i had had a face lift, the guy did not know what a face lift was nor did the technician. now my feeling is that if you work in the facial esthetic industry you should know what a FACELIFT IS. My overall impression was that they were very green with the industry and were lacking in interpersonal skills. before i left the man at the desk invited me into one of the back rooms to show me how to take care of my skin. i told him i already knew how to take care of my skin. i asked him how much for the regular package of treatments and he said $1500 for 80 treatments. he spoke very softly , had an accent and i had to ask him to repeat himself about 8 times because i couldn't understand a word he was saying.
