I recently visited Mobil 1 Lube Express for an oil change and tire service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They walked me through the services being performed and made sure I understood everything before getting started.
The oil change was done quickly, and they used high-quality Mobil 1 synthetic oil, which I trust to keep my engine running smoothly. I also had my tires rotated and checked, and they gave me helpful feedback on tire wear

Two days ago, I visited this shop to fix a punctured tire. They patched it, and I paid $45 for the service. The very next day, I noticed the tire was flat again. When I called to raise my concern, they refused to take responsibility.
I went back to the shop, and this time they told me the puncture was at the corner of the tire and not repairable. If that was the case, they should have told me before taking my money and attempting the patch—not after I complained. By patching a tire they knew could not be safely repaired, they put my safety and my family’s safety at risk.
This is not only poor customer service but also highly irresponsible. Safety should come first, not profit. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change done here. The staff was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to oversell additional services. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was very convenient. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

I went in for a synthetic oil change which was a better price in the area but the communication and attitude the whole time was frustrating and to top it all off, they never told me my car was too low and ended up breaking a line and grinding up the whole entire bottem. They never said sorry or anything and one younger man said “sorry, this hasn’t happened before” and just left. No one else came to say anything to me and they just talked to each other, not one word to me. Overall just a really bad experience
Got my oil change done here and everything went smooth. Staff was friendly, quick, and explained everything clearly. Car feels great after the service. Definitely coming back for my next one!

Maan was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They provided a speedy service at a reasonable price. I almost gave four stars because they tried to upsell me on a couple of things that I know were not required. Biggest recommendation going to any quick service places is to go in educated and knowing what you have previously done to your vehicle. I will give them credit that they did not unnecessarily tell me things that needed to be done that I knew didn't, so I appreciated the honesty there.
Dealt with Mann and he was honest in guiding what services actually need to happen. He explained thoroughly and did a great job with my car service. Highly recommended and would definitely consider them for regular servicing of my vehicle. Thank you!

No appointment was needed. I changed my oil here. It was a bit more expensive than other places that I've been to, not significantly though!

Great service! Quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long. I was helped by Mann and another gentleman who were very nice and kind. They are very thorough in explaining any issues and throughout their work and do not pressure you into anything.

I recently visited Mobile 1 Lube for service. I had just moved from Ontario to BC and drove my car across the country. Maan thoroughly inspected my car and resolved any issues on the spot. Thanks to Maan, my car is now in excellent, safe condition. I truly appreciate his expertise and attention to detail!
Came for a regular scheduled service, They had a 3+1 promo going on for tires. I needed new winter tires anyways, got an amazing deal. Service was very efficient and quick. Experienced staff provided me with all the information I needed.
