I was so impressed with Larry’s knowledge and how he handles my son with ADHD. He did a consultation with me first, then set up a free 30-minute chat with my 14-year-old son just to make sure they are the right fit.

It turns out that my son isn’t quite ready to dive into coaching yet, and I honestly loved how upfront Larry was about that. Most coaches would probably try to talk me into signing up anyway, but Larry was totally honest and told me it wasn't the right time. That kind of integrity is huge. I really liked him and will definitely be calling him the second my son is ready!

Larry is a game changer ! My 20 yr. old son has connected with Larry in a way that I thought not possible. Trust is so important in any relationship and Larry and my son have this for sure. He has been very professional and personable in the process of coaching my son to build his confidence and gain clarity regarding his life. I so appreciate his efforts and continue to look forward to the progress my son is making. I'm very grateful for Larry's insightful and profesional expertise.

My son worked with Larry during a particularly difficult transition where he needed support in dealing with low self-confidence and navigating a new beginning for his high school journey. Larry was able to help my son put his experience in context and start to build a plan for how to move forward with his goals. He kept my son accountable to action items in pursuing his interests, setting up a professional networking page, and setting up opportunities to make new connections. His understanding of neurodivergence and how it affects emotions was very helpful to my son in not feeling like he was broken in some way. My son feels much more confident in being his authentic self and his confidence has come back. I am extremely grateful for the time he spent with Larry.

Larry has been a truly positive addition to my son’s life. We initially engaged Larry to help our son navigate career decisions, with a focus on building self-confidence and developing practical tools to better understand his interests and the career exploration process. Larry provided a structured yet flexible approach that encouraged our son to take a more proactive role in exploring his options. He was instrumental in arranging a shadowing opportunity, which gave our son valuable real-world insight into a potential career path and helped him evaluate whether it was something he wanted to pursue. Beyond career guidance, Larry has also been an excellent coach and mentor, helping our son understand his emotions, build resilience, and approach challenges with confidence. We greatly appreciate Larry’s supportive presence, thoughtful guidance, and the meaningful impact he has had on our son’s personal and professional growth.

We would highly recommend Larry to anyone seeking a caring and effective coach or therapist for young adults navigating important life transitions.

Larry has been a truly positive addition to my niece’s life. My niece has special needs, and we sought Larry’s help when she began struggling with workplace challenges and unresolved family-related experiences. Larry has helped her build self-confidence by giving her practical tools to understand and process new information, people, and situations.
He also helped me put together a clear, thoughtful explanation of her medical condition so she could better communicate her needs to employers and roommates. Larry has coached her in healthy communication techniques, such as standing up for herself in a quiet but firm way. Where she once responded with confusion and anger, she now communicates respectfully, clearly expressing her feelings and the reasons behind her actions.
Larry also supported her in finding a job in music—an area that truly brings her joy. Over the past year, my niece has made remarkable progress in her work life, maturity, and social relationships, and much of that growth is thanks to Larry’s guidance. He would be a tremendous help to any teen or special-needs young adult.

I have been seeing Larry for over 2 years now, and my life has changed quite a bit throughout that time. I have had many questions, concerns, and even life projects that he has greatly helped me with. I have been to multiple therapists throughout my life and he is the first one to make a real difference and they have all lacked what Larry brings to the table, which is a genuine personalization and care about the issues that you are facing. I would highly recommend as at this stage of life, it is great to have that extra help and boost.

When my son received his ADHD diagnosis, it finally provided our family with clarity about why he had been struggling. What I expected to be a straightforward journey toward understanding and solutions instead became a winding exploration filled with false starts, conflicting advice, and dead ends. The process of finding healthy approaches to his learning differences also meant unlearning years of self-criticism and maladaptive coping mechanisms that had been passed down through generations. Larry is helping us take an honest look at our family's executive functioning patterns as a whole and has created a safe space for my son to explore healthy coping strategies. He is providing the tools and structure my son needs to begin his high school career with confidence and enthusiasm. I'm so grateful we met Larry on this journey. It has been transformational to work with a coach who understands that supporting my son also means reaching our entire family. I believe that healing and growth are available to all of us and each week of coaching has affirmed that reality.

Working with Larry has truly been a game-changer for our family.

Our 16-year-old son started working with Larry at a time when he really needed a steady, trustworthy presence—someone who could help him stay focused, manage the day-to-day demands of school and life, and serve as a sounding board who was completely objective and safe. Larry has been all of that and more.

Larry’s ability to connect with our son in a meaningful, respectful way has helped him make real progress in how he approaches challenges. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in his attention to detail, his ability to pause and think before he reacts, and how he carries himself in conversations—not just with us, but in all areas of his life. He’s more thoughtful, more intentional, and more mature in how he handles tough moments. That growth has had a profound impact not only on him, but on our entire family dynamic.

What sets Larry apart even further is how much support he provides to us as parents. He’s offered thoughtful insight into what our son is experiencing developmentally and emotionally, and he’s given us incredibly helpful, practical strategies to better understand and communicate with him. Thanks to Larry, our conversations at home are more constructive, more empathetic, and far less reactive. Our relationship with our son has never been stronger.

We feel deeply grateful to have Larry in our lives. His guidance has brought clarity, calm, and connection into what can often be a complicated and high-pressure time in a teen’s life—and a parent’s. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you’re considering support for your child or for your family, Larry is someone who brings lasting impact. We’ve seen it firsthand.

We called Larry after reading his reviews online because I believed our son might need some help deciding on a good college and Larry offered to speak to our son at no charge! If we ever should need his services in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call him. Hes the real deal.

During Larry's time working with our 15yo son, we have seen a great improvment in his organizational skills and ability to keep on top of his school work, which was always a struggle. He has also provided us with encouragment on what we could do better as parents to help him, and improve our relationship with him. Our son has been more receptive to advice and taking personal responsibility for his actions and behavior, and open to discussion of planning for his future. Additionally, he is more proactive socially, and with regards to his referee job. We are very happy our pediatriciam recommended Larry's coaching.

We are so grateful for Larry Cazenave and the impact he has on our son’s life. Since working with him, our son has become more organized, better at time management, and overall life skills. We’ve seen real progress in his behavior, and he’s learning important life skills that will help him in the long run. Coach Larry is very encouraging, supportive and patient, which has helped our son build confidence and develop better habits.
It’s still a work in progress, but the improvements so far have been amazing. Coach Larry has been really understanding, we truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great life coach!

I've been working with Larry for several months now and am very glad that I started coaching with him. Larry comes at issues from a different way of thinking that is not only productive, but thoughtful and action-oriented. He has been incredibly helpful in shifting my thinking, as well as coming up with strategies and solutions to tackle challenges in my life. Larry also has a comprehensive understanding of ADHD and has better helped me understand my diagnosis, despite me having had it for the majority of my life. I am on a path to being more independent and more confident and I am incredibly grateful to Larry for the guidance he has been able to provide me. If you're considering working with him or are hesitant, schedule a meeting! Larry is a great resource and a great person to have in your corner!

I first started working with Larry on my difficult relationship with my mom. He helped us
navigate through our conflicts with 3rd person perspective, insightful observations, and non-judgmental feedback. He offered advice with empathy and sensitivity, making it accessible even in moments of vulnerability or resistance. As a result, both my mom and I were much more receptive and communicative with our conflicts. Subsequently, my relationship with my mom improved and I continue working 1 on 1 with him, addressing my perfectionist expectations and self-inflicted judgments. I feel he has helped me tremendously in the encouraging and insightful role he plays. As I transition to college, I do feel much more mentally grown up and aware, and I attribute this maturity to his insight. He puts in a lot of effort and time in his work, which I am forever appreciative of all he has done for me and my mother. I genuinely recommend him if you find yourself grappling with the intense and often overwhelming emotions that arise as you navigate the complexities of your life.

Larry has really helped me improve my life and get back on track by helping my focus on finding purpose and motivation in my work. Larry has had a big role in helping me find the motivation to pursue my life goals by helping me realize key factors that were previously leading to a lack of motivation and helping me strategize to fight against such factors.

Hi Larry,

I hope you’re doing well! This is Kyle, Joyce's son. I wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly grateful I am to have you as my life coach. Your guidance has made a significant difference in my driving skills, and I am excited to share that I’ve seen a lot of improvement during our sessions together.

As I work towards getting my driver's license, I appreciate your encouragement to practice driving every day. It's been a game-changer for me, and I feel much more confident behind the wheel with your support.

I also admire how you approach coaching. You're not only friendly and approachable, but you also have a fantastic sense of humor that makes our time together enjoyable. I value how you get straight to the point and provide constructive feedback, which helps me improve rapidly.

Additionally, I want to thank you for your understanding and assistance in my job search. Your insights and encouragement have been invaluable, and I feel much more motivated and positive about finding new opportunities.

Thank you once again for all your help, Larry. I genuinely appreciate everything you’re doing for me, and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with your support.

Best regards,
Kyle

Larry has been working with my son for just over two months, I have seen significant changes in his behavior. It has been a very slow process as there are years of being bullied and emotional stress to unravel, but I do believe Larry has become the mentor my son is looking for. His attitude has greatly improved, we’ve eliminated the video games and he is starting to focus on some life goals. He admits when he misses his goals and understands more clearly that he is the only one he can hold accountable. I appreciate the changes I’m seeing and look forward to our continued partnership.
Larry’s approach of building a relationship built on trust has proven to be successful. My son wants to reach out and share his successes while at the same time he feels comfortable letting Larry know how and why he missed his goals. This is something that has been a challenge for us for a few years now.

As a teacher and a mother of a teen with ADD, I see the many academic, social, and emotional challenges that so many young people struggle with. My son has been working with Larry for about two months now and I can't express how grateful I am for his support. He has an incredible communication style that helps my son reflect, identify his goals, and set up effective strategies for achieving his goals. My son's academics and his self esteem have increased as a result. Larry is always available and supportive when social, emotional, or academic challenges arise and helps us brainstorm and problem solve.

I've been working with Larry for the past couple of months and it has definitely been a helpful experience for me. Throughout college I've been struggling with building community and confidence in myself, but these meetings have brought reassurance that I have it within me to build a better future. He's provided an open and comforting environment for me to reflect on past and current actions that have hindered me without judgement and what we can do to change my thinking and voice my feelings better to myself and those around me.

My teenage son started working with Larry just over 3 months ago and he has made strides in developing a growth mindset and thinking about what values he wants to carry on into adulthood.
