Darren was informative and personable. First visit was fact finding and he answered our many questions as firsttime golf cart buyers. We returned, ready to buy, and Darren walked us thru the process and explained all options. When we picked up our new cart, he was with other customers, so the service man walked us thru important features and tips for best use, then helped us load and secure the cart on the trailer.
