I’ve always had an interest in curly and natural hair. I have fried, dyed, and cried about my curls and throughout my crazy journey have sought education to heal my curly hair. Growing up in a diverse community I would always be on the playground playing with everyones hair which evolved in me enrolling in cosmetology school my junior and senior years. American Sign Language (A.S.L) is my first language and have been a fierce advocate for both my parents and the deaf community. C.O.D.A. means a child of a deaf adult.
