I’ve been visiting Vereda on Kerr Street, but the Upper Middle Road location is especially convenient for anyone living in North Oakville. Same great coffee taste, and definitely recommended for catch-ups and meetings

Vereda Central is a cut above the standard chain coffee shops. It’s for those days when you don't just need a caffeine fix, but you want an experience. It’s definitely my favourite to go coffee shop around this area.

Highly recommended for: Coffee purists, anyone looking for the best pour-over or espresso in the area, remote workers seeking a quality-focused environment, and anyone wanting to understand and explore specialty coffee.

I’ve been coming to the Upper Oakville Vereda almost every day for the past year, and at this point, it’s more than just a coffee shop to me. Whether I’m working, meeting up with friends, or just needing a break, it’s always the place I want to be.

The coffee is hands down the best I’ve had. And I’m picky. I’ve bounced around cafés all across the GTA and even internationally, but nothing has kept me coming back like Vereda. I usually go for the Caramel Frappe (I've got a sweet tooth), but their whole menu is phenomenal. The beans they use are genuinely the best tasting. The pastries are fresh and never feel like an afterthought, which says a lot, and boy do they taste good.

What really makes Vereda special though is the staff. Every single person behind the counter brings something great to the table. Ben and Darrien's humour, Miranda’s smile feels like it’s part of the morning routine, and Alex has somehow mastered making the perfect drink every time. I'm missing some people but the entire team has been a delight I promise you will not find anywhere else. The management here clearly knows how to spot good people.

There’s something about this spot that just works. The energy, the people, the coffee, it’s all consistent in the best way. If you’ve been thinking of checking it out, just do it. And if you already know Vereda, you get it. This spot has the largest amount of regulars I've ever seen, and that says a lot.

I come to Vereda Central pretty much every day, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always top-notch—smooth, flavorful, and just really well made. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and it’s nice walking in and having them remember your order. The vibe of the place is great too—laid-back but with a good energy, whether you're there to work, meet up with someone, or just chill for a bit. It’s become part of my daily routine for a reason. Definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t already.

First and foremost, the atmosphere is minimalist, warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this shop for coffee dates and casual business meetings. The service was wonderful. I ordered the espresso and Matcha. They were both made well and tasted great. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a plaza.

My new go-to spot in an effort to support local businesses. Always had fast & friendly service and a great tasting drink. Great atmosphere to hang out and enjoy some good people watching.

The chai latte was a bit bland and tasted like hot milk.
The iced americano was okay.
the muffin was nothing special and I would say that Tims muffins are a bit better
My medium iced americano and one muffin came out to 10$ which is a bit pricey.
Good atmosphere and service though!

I've been several times and each time the service and the drinks have been amazing! I love the seasonal iced lattes with oat milk and the empanadas when they have them are deliscious! 10/10 recommend this local super star spot!

We are having specialty coffee here few times per week. This is the best coffee in Oakville. You also can have pastry, baked goods and savory items to make your experience more delicious. They make coffee in different ways like espresso based, French press, pure over and brew. There is enough space to site as well.

I'm a blond roast gal. Grateful for the option to do a mild, medium or dark on both drip and espresso-based drinks.

I liked the large parking lot, the cafe was spacious, pleasant, and the coffee was delicious. I want to go there again next time

The coffee was delicious and the Iraqi employee was very nice and friendly -I don't remember her name unfortunately- I just wish I had a drawing in my coffee 😂🙂‍↔️

Got 2 small drinks and one cookie and the total came to $18 which surprised us. The drinks were okay but the cookie was basically chilled cookie dough as you can see in the picture. Paying $5 for a raw cookie was definitely not worth it.

This is a response back to the owner. We were still sat at the coffee shop when the owner rushed back to say her apologies and offered us different ways to remediate the experience. I really appreciated that. Great owners that care about their business 😊

This is a great spot for a good cup of coffee, especially since you can choose your roast. However, they fall a bit short if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. My main gripe is the long wait times, and the app didn’t work for me.

I'm disappointed to write this review. I've been looking at local coffee shops to replace Starbucks. The visit to Vereda just fell short of expectations. I ordered the hazelnut latte with almond milk and it was disappointing. It has no coffee or hazelnut flavor. Just tasted like hot sweet almond milk. The disposable cups are cute. I asked to be served in a non-disposable cup and I was dining in, but I was told they didn't have a cup that size. The place was busy for a weekday at 10 am.
The staff was polite and the order was quick but I won't be returning.

I found this place by coincidence, and I am addicted!!! The atmosphere is amazing as well.. also parking is available 😊 prices are very reasonable and less than known coffee shops for a better quality

I preferred the seating on Kerr St.

Ran in just to grab a coffee before heading into work again. Tried the Americano, it was wonderful!! Baristas were very friendly and the place looked clean inside. They had a cool patio out front that I'd love to come back and chill.

I loved the patio and the clean uncluttered environment. Friendly service and excellent flat white. A decent choice of coffees and baked goods (I did. It try)

Lovely coffee shop with a great patio. The matcha latte on ice was fantastic. The desserts looked delicious and I will definitely try them next time - there are a range of paleo, gluten-free options to suit any dietary restrictions.
